“Took our dog here on his birthday to pick out some gifts and treats. We rode over from Mad Dogs Bikes with a side cart electric bike. We were greeted at the door by such a friendly staff member. The store had such a great selection with high quality clothing, treats and toys. Stopping at this shop was such a great highlight of our day. Our dog Marley loved his gifts. We stuffed them inside of a pinata that he was able to rip apart himself and enjoy the treats and toys that fell out of it.”

“Excellent selections (raw, slightly cooked, freeze dried, and dry) for the best food to feed your pets and keep them healthy. Very nice and helpful staff. This is the only place on the peninsula that I can get some of the foods I want to feed my dogs (can't even get from Chewy), and less expensive than buying from online raw food suppliers. Highly recommend.”

“Santy is a great groomer. He has treated our fur daughter with a lot of care. We have requested our schnoodle, Naya, to be trimmed like a schnauzer for along time at many groomers, but she always comes out as looking like a poodle. Santy did the cut we requested and could not be happier. Our little fur ball is never scared when we pick her up. Thank you Santy!!!!!”

“Recently, they made some good maintenance on their fish tanks which was really nice to see. Overall, their customer service is good with the exception of a couple people that are great! They are always having great sales and online deals with easy in-store pickup. Unfortunately, the online prices are sometimes cheaper than in store pricing. Without double checking, you wouldn't know it and will pay more even though they price match. Their in-store computer systems should automatically be programmed to match their online prices. Could you imagine how happy and surprised the customers would be to save a few dollars here and there with their purchases?! Now, I almost always double check online prices before checking out and request price matches every time. It is tedious and overall unnecessary in my opinion. That is a business model and corporate policy flaw in my book. Not this specific store.”

“I've read the reviews from others...especially the complaints. In my opinion, I don't see the issue. First, the price...to me 19 bucks (for the first time, sign up for an account, which is free, each subsequent visit is 17 bucks and your 10th visit is free) is very reasonable. Especially considering they provide shampoos, aprons and towels. And speaking of towels...yes, the towels are threadbare and raggedy...but don't most of us use old towels for pets? If you're someone who is using good quality towels for your pet...you're likely affluent enough that 19 dollars for a wash service shouldn't be an issue. As for the facility itself...it's not sparkling shiny and new. It looks like most apartment laundry rooms. Well used equipment that looks like it's seen better days, but still clean and functional. I could go on...but will close with this...if you have high expectations you'll be disappointed as this is not a luxury pet facility...it's a simple and useful place with a friendly staff and...they don't have a timer on you...take the time you need to bathe your furry family member. Anyway, that's my take...it's worth the price.”
