“We had just taken our little dog to the beach and this was an extremely convenient and great service. The cleaning stations come very clean, fully stocked, and there is an attendant on hand to answer any questions. Highly highly recommend!!”

He clearly cares about dogs and Oliver surprisingly was calm and let him just pick him up and take him with him to his appointment which shocked me and my partner because he never does that, and he didn't come back stressed out and exhausted. The trim on his face looked great, overall, exactly what we wanted!”
“The self service dog wash is super convenient, efficient set up and there is rarely a long wait. The entire staff is friendly and both my dogs love coming here! I wish the price of the wash was lower but I imagine it costs a lot to keep it in operation. The store has a great selection, so after my dogs get a wash, they get a new treat or toy. When my dogs get their bathing done at home, they tolerate it, but when they come here they love it.”

“These people arw absolutely AMAZING! The lady that works the register in the front is always going above and beyond for everyone. She makes sure you dont lose your rewards and even helps you apply them . She went way out of her way about a month ago for me and saved me 60$. Everytime I'm in line to pay for something she is always super nice and helpful to eveyone. Shabon in the groomer is amazing at what she does and she truly cares about your baby. Everyone in the parlor is awesome too.”
“Just went to the gotcha event for my dog, Xena's, birthday month. The gentlemen running the table of activities was super sweet and made a pup cup for her to eat and got her paw print on a card for us. We have had her since she was 7 weeks old, she turns 8 on the 22nd. We have been coming to Petsmart for her baths, treats, accessories and toys. We will continue to do so.”

“We took our skittish cat to see Canyon for a bath, dry, and a shave. She also cut her nails. We told Canyon that our kitty was a scaredy-cat and she might try to bite her during her spa day. When we picked her up, Canyon said that there was no problem at all really. Our fur baby was a little bit afraid of the bath but overall things went pretty smoothly! We were amazed! We will be back for sure! Oh, did I mention that my daughter's name is Canyon, cool,huh? Thank you so much for your patience!”
