Walked in to our neighborhood nail salon and the service was excellent. The family who now owns Rose Nails are very skilled and took great care to assure each customer was satisfied. My daughter and I were very happy with our mani-pedis and all the customers were sharing their colors and delights as well. A positive experience. I recommend this nail salon.

Under new ownership. This review is specifically for a woman working there named KATIE. I've been getting my nails done by her for a few months now and I finally found someone who does a great job. She is very gentle on my cuticles, meticulous about shaping. I usually like a French tip but we've done fun designs too and she does great every time.
I do wish the owners would freshen up their color selections. There should at least be some new options each season or holiday.

Did a walk in today and they were able to take me right away which was great. They removed my acrylics and gave me a gel mani. The owners were so sweet and nice. I am very happy with my nails. I will definitely going back for more gel manicures in the future!

Terrible experience. They rushed and did a sloppy job on both my pedicure and dip nails. I will definitely not be returning.

Worst mani/pedi ever. I got a gel manicure and she sold me on a pedi upgrade bringing total to $105. I didn’t put my glasses on to look at the finished job until I got into my car and I was and am appalled. Cuticles were not touched except by gel which covers them. Toenails, which I didn’t have polished, are ragged. I gave her a healthy tip bc I was unaware at the time of the terrible job she’d done. I won’t go back.

Lily has been giving me both pedicures and manicures. I appreciate how she goes that extra mile to massage my arms and legs since u suffer from lymphedema. Dan always stops by to say hello. Thank you! Jody

They ruined our daughters first experience getting thier nails done. They said they were to busy, but then said it was fine, then only painted their nails and demanded a tip. This might be a good place for adults but we were really dissapointed. Maybe they have a steady clientele and are not open to new customers.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this facial waxing place. The service was rushed, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing a quality experience. This was my first experience and I trusted the service girl. The waxing itself was not thorough, and I left with patches of hair still remaining. Next day I expected to have some skin discomfort, but seeing micro-burns and very bad allergy reaction all over the face - definitely not. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the service provided and would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a professional and thorough waxing experience.

Highly recommended! Family operation! Since new management took over I ONLY have great things to say. Dan the owner bends over backwards to make you comfortable and at ease! The pedicures and manicures I get from Katie are terrific. Unlike in the past, they are punctual and truly care about your business! If you have any doubts make an appointment! This is a nice salon to get a manicure and/or pedicure. The staff are very nice and good at up selling the customers The product is very good. We had reservations but they take walk ins.

Came here as a drop-in. Had the best foot massage by Vic and he was gentle on scrubbing my feet as requested. He had me do a base color under my dark red sparkle polish. This made it even better. Julie gave me the best French tips ever. Wish I had them near me. Just visiting for a wedding.

Worst pedicure I have ever received. No massage, no cuticle trimming, 1second scrub. She basically just painted my toes, leaving so much polish on my skin. Waste of $50.
