“Many stores have changed to other brands in the years it opened. The only down sign is the parking. Be careful backing up. People are looking for close parking. I've chose to park father in the lots sometimes on the upper levels. Keep from getting dinged by doors opening.”

“Del Monte Shopping Center is a fun, open-air mall that we visit often and consistently enjoy.
Today’s stop was a quick one. I needed to have my phone’s charging port checked, so I stopped into the Fix It All store and was in and out in under five minutes—very easy and efficient.
The shopping center offers a wide variety of stores, ranging from clothing and department stores like Macy’s, to Verizon, restaurants, and a cinema, with plenty in between. A convenient and pleasant place to shop, whether you’re running a quick errand or spending more time browsing.”

“I love visiting Carmel and I think it’s an experience each and everyone needs to experience for one’s own self. The plaza and all are just great. It’s a bit on the high-end as well, so I recommend you go prepared”

“This shopping village has so much potential. I mean really a lot. It’s got a few Staple restaurants and several stores. But there’s just not enough traffic, even on the weekends. I’m not sure what they can do to pull in more people, maybe have some promotion days or major events, but I hope it thrives soon.

I love that they had live music, not one but two locations, the day I went. come on locals and visitors, give this place some business!”

“We have dry cleaners, appliance repair and sale, grocery stores, fast food places, a car wash, a medical clinic, a bank, a coffee shop and more here. Easy access from Hwy 1 via Carmel Valley or Rio roads. Plenty of parking spaces and great people who work at these shops.”

“I used to gravitate to this shopping center many, many times while living on the peninsula. So many fine shops and eateries. The place was always immaculately clean. The choice of restaurants were all first class eateries. The shops were all upscale. I always enjoyed my visits to this shopping center.”

“We stopped by Old Fisherman's Wharf on our way back from San Jose. This was my first time here and I enjoyed taking a stroll along the pier, visiting the various shops, and watching the various street performers. We had lunch at Grotto's Fish Market and browsed through the souvenir shops. They were just starting to put up the Christmas tree and had the Christmas decor up, so I t was very festive. While waiting for our restaurant buzzer, we walked down towards the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. It was such a beautiful view!”

“Great little mall with a water store, grocery outlet, and dollar store. Top that off with a liquor store and Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant and you got a one stop shopping experience”

“Just came here for the pinball place, but the plaza seemed to have lots of good businesses. Parking was really bad as it was practically full and you can only park for an hour. We had to leave Lynn's to repark in a different spot in the lot just to make sure we weren't ticketed.”

“Honestly I'm not that big of a shopper anymore but love the vibe of this center. In particular how everything hovers around the main courtyard makes it quaint and inviting. I appreciate the various sitting areas for those who like to simply enjoy time and space but there are are plenty great shops around for those who love that part too. Wish there were more restaurants in this center but it's pretty small so I'm sure they have to divy up between dining/shopping/etc.”
