AVOID!!! We had ordered a family plan for my existing plan, but the manager created a second plan instead (so I was being charged twice a month). Also never called us regarding the delivery of the phone we had ordered. The store moved locations a few weeks after we ordered everything. When we visited after they reopened, we got the excuse that "we called you and you never picked up your phone, and that was two months ago!" T-Mobile also could not provide us with a phone as it was marked in the system that we had received one through Station Wireless. The owner promised to fix the issue of the two phone plans, but never followed through on that, so I was forced to resolve it myself through T-Mobile.
On top of this, the customer service is ridiculous. Either the manager (who is one of the only employees) constantly comes up with excuses as to why the phone wasn't delivered, or blames the customer for the circumstances they're in. First I am told that I shouldn't have done things on my own (although, as I said, I tried to resolve it through her and made no progress, and I don't appreciate paying for two phone plans when I can only make use of one), and then I am told that "We've been in business for 21 years!!"
The store owner also wears military-related clothing (for instance sweaters with the local base emblem) and claims to support the military, but her behavior and tone when dealing with the customer do not reflect this.
If you need T-Mobile, try Best Buy, or go to the official retailer in Salinas, where the level of customer service is outstanding.

Absolutley a night mare for 2 months now. I was told ahead of time that with the GoSmart T-mobile may not get coverage in certain parts of Carmel/Pebble Beach. I WAS NOT told that I would NOT get any service at/in my PG home. The owner knew I was going out of State, in a bind for a phone, that didn't work the morning after I got it...(had to be charged 2 HOURS)?! So I've been paying for data that I rarely get.... Soo frustrated w/ service and phone, had an appt. to go in after work, and she leaves 25 minutes earlier than she said she would. CONVENIENT...My service got cut off early, even though I set up EFT w/ my bank to pay early. Then, knowing I wasn't getting T-Mobile service, goes ahead and turns on my service, NOT letting me switch to what works on the Peninsula...WHICH IS NOT T-MOBILE...So STUCK another month due to her ineptness, poor customer service or woman of her word...to stay in the damn store when she says she will. NIGHTMAR

Avoid at all cost. I was looking for a good T-Mobile prepaid plan and the staff was incredibly bad at keeping up with payments. They also charged me weird and made up fees for the SIM, plus why go here when I could simply order the SIM online and go straight through T-Mobile?

OMG STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Marietta is extremely dishonest. Like the other reviewers I want to warn you, just plan on losing money and dealing with a very shady person if you go here. She sold me a phone that she said was android, turns out not to be, still awaiting the refund (after a month). I am amazed she is still in business. Now she is moving to Pacific Grove. When I was in there she was actually telling me a story of how people egged her (I kind of understand why)

Station Wireless took my $50 deposit but never paid T-Mobil. T-Mobil disconnected my service 11 days after I got the plan because of non-payment. When I contacted The Owner she tried to switch me over to her personal line so she could keep the $50. I paid T-Mobil directly and The Owner still refused to refund my money. She also gave me a BROKEN and USED phone which she refused to replace. When I mentioned that I would be forced to contact the police department she routinely pointed at the sign saying she has the right to refuse service. It seems like she is used to dealing with upset customers. I will add that I remained calm and polite through the whole experience. I am shocked and frankly disgusted that people like The Owner exist in the world and profit by regularly SCAMMING decent, hardworking citizens.

This place has been extremely inconvenient. As a small business owner, I don't always have the time to go back to correct the mistakes that Marietta made. I had to go back 3 TIMES because of her sheer incompetence and forgetfulness. I was recommended a plan that made NO SENSE for business needs and each time I thought she corrected it, I found out the hard way ($$$$) that I was sadly mistaken. Also, I was charged for a sim card even though it was against T-mobile policy for this particular plan (I was eventually reimbursed-after I reported her to T-mobile).By the way, when I walked in today, there was a couple that had obviously lost their patience with this place and were flying off the handle over (what I'm sure was) a pricey mistake. This place was horrible. PLEASE, don't waste your time or money here.

Marietta is the queen of wireless offering your all your cellular needs. If you have an unlocked I phone bring it here for some non-ATT service. If you are into pay as you go service then here is a good place to start.
