AVOID!!! We had ordered a family plan for my existing plan, but the manager created a second plan instead (so I was being charged twice a month). Also never called us regarding the delivery of the phone we had ordered. The store moved locations a few weeks after we ordered everything. When we visited after they reopened, we got the excuse that "we called you and you never picked up your phone, and that was two months ago!" T-Mobile also could not provide us with a phone as it was marked in the system that we had received one through Station Wireless. The owner promised to fix the issue of the two phone plans, but never followed through on that, so I was forced to resolve it myself through T-Mobile. On top of this, the customer service is ridiculous. Either the manager (who is one of the only employees) constantly comes up with excuses as to why the phone wasn't delivered, or blames the customer for the circumstances they're in. First I am told that I shouldn't have done things on my own (although, as I said, I tried to resolve it through her and made no progress, and I don't appreciate paying for two phone plans when I can only make use of one), and then I am told that "We've been in business for 21 years!!" The store owner also wears military-related clothing (for instance sweaters with the local base emblem) and claims to support the military, but her behavior and tone when dealing with the customer do not reflect this. If you need T-Mobile, try Best Buy, or go to the official retailer in Salinas, where the level of customer service is outstanding.
