Sweet Heat Hot Yoga is a good studio that offers traditional Bikram style hot yoga classes. However, it's a bit on the pricey side for the classes offered. The instructors don't offer much pose corrections as it's pretty much a voice-guided class.

Love this place! I was in town and dropped in for a 90 Bikram class. Everyone was very welcoming and the instructor was great!

Bikram yoga is definitely not for the faint of heart, but here at Sweet Heat Hot Yoga, everyone makes sure you are comfortable and safe before, during, and after your practice. From the owners to staff and other fellow yoginis, this place is definitely a great place to come to in order to unwind from the day or even to start it. They have a selection of yoga related items for you to purchase, from apparel to mats and even items to ensure that you'd be well hydrated for the practice. If you don't want tk purchase a yoga mat and towel, for a small fee you can rent it from them. Mike & Leslie are both amazing people and as soon as you walk in the door, you can feel how much love they put into this studio. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is, but I'll let you decide when you wall through the doors!

I would 10/10 recommend Sweet Heat Yoga! If you are interested in prioritizing your health-this is the place to do so! Bikram yoga is intense to say the least-but the instructors do a great job at making sure you don't injury yourself. Do yourself a favor and attend a class

I've never felt so unwelcome or rudely treated by the owner of an establishment. I attended a yoga class as a second time guest. Due to traffic, I arrive two minutes before class started. instead of being told I was too late to join, I was allowed in and picked on for the first 10 minutes of class. I was asked to move three or four different times and was even told "you're in my way". the worst part was afterward: when I told the owner that I appreciated her instruction but didn't feel welcome. She showed absolutely zero compassion or empathy. She told me I should have read her website first. I just think you all should know, this is not a place where true yoga principals of compassion are exhibited.

This is a really well run studio. The people are in great shape and many seam to be really advanced in their yoga practice. You can tell they take yoga seriously while being friendly and inclusive at the same time. I travel from San Diego all the way up through Seattle once a year on a 3 month work project. I go to many studios. So just on a comparison basis this one is really enjoyable.

This is the 1st hot yoga class I've done and 60 minutes was perfect. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructor was very clear in directing the various poses. Will definitely revisit.

I dropped in a few times over the course of a work trip and the studio was very welcoming and inclusive. The class included a varied level of students, including myself having only done Bikram a few times before, and the instructors were wonderful at keeping the pace for more experienced folks, yet explaining all the nuances to better position yourself in each move. Gave me more confidence. Studio was the perfect level of heat as well to get a good sweat on. Will definitely go again whenever I'm in the area!

I just did my third class here and it was amazing. I feel super engaged and invigorated. The instructor is great at providing guidance without being overbearing or chastising. Being the idiot that I am, I forgot my yoga mat. Fortunately, they rent mats and towels here so I just rented one from them. I'd highly recommend this place. The temperature is very hot in the studio, so if you feel weird you can and should take a break.

Sweet Heat is my favorite yoga studio! I have practiced yoga all over the country and have yet to find a place as special as this. The instructors are incredible and really pay attention to each student, providing individual feedback. This is a great practice for beguninners and advanced yoga students alike. If you are thinking about trying it I would highly reccomend! My body and mind have never felt better and I could not speak more highly of this studio and it’s instructors?

I went to Sweet Heat Yoga with my girlfriend and we had a blast. Leslie was a great instructor and clearly guided us through all the poses in a way that worked for me (I’m a beginner).I HIGHLY recommend going to Sweet Heat yoga!

Incredible class but not for the faint of heat or heart. The instructors are top notch- highly trained and clearly coaching. Bring cold water and a towel & get ready to work the body! And mind!

The instructors are dedicated and attentive, the classes are the right level of challenging, the schedule is packed so I can always find a time to go, and the studio is kept clean!

The instructor was about a seven out of 10 because she spoke to rapidly sometimes to understand what she was saying.I did like the vibe because everybody was very friendly and the community with the studio seem very strong as everybody knew each other. The flooring was a new and awesome soft squishy mat like material so you probably don’t even need a mat and could just get by with a towel. The room is a little tight in about half the room you can only have two mats deep so I would arrive early if you’re really particular about your space.Parking was sufficient in the street.A big downside was that there are no showers and there are individual places or little rooms to change before or after class

We are from the east coast and wanted to try a yoga class. (I’ve been practicing many styles for over 20 yrs) I stopped into sweet heat and the woman was so lovely. She gave me the details and we decided to come the following afternoon. We called ahead to confirm details and arrived 15 minutes ahead to be greeted by a woman who interrogated us and said this was not the place for us. She asked where and what yoga I have done and that this would be too hot and not appropriate for us. Upon paying she threw the credit card at me and was anything but nice. In a yoga studio- this has never happened to me. The class was silent and we were just fine for the 90 minutes. We followed along without any issues. Perhaps you just want locals attending your studio? You should be consistent with your message with all staff. I love all yoga styles but this was a disappointment prior to a even class starting. Wishing you a happy 2020.
