“First time here, and it was the best first impression I've had from a business. Guy at the front was friendly and offered help and advice. Purchased two cigars for myself and my friend. He offered to cut our cigars for us. We took the offer after coming back from Alvarado Street Brewery and were offered a loaner lighter after I realized I had forgotten my own. Definitely will return when I come back to Monterey and will HIGHLY recommend to others.”

“I went here this past weekend and was impressed by how clean and well stocked the store is with many nice merchandise. I was curious about the theater in the back, I paid the $12.00 to go in and check it out. Just a few men watching some porn and keeping to themselves. Nice place to check out.”

“Didn't come here for the theater or videos, but came to check out their adult toy inventory. I typically don't leave reviews, but felt it was necessary for my experience today. i was in the area and decided to check out their selection in my free time. The woman who was working, I believe Judy? Jany? Something with a J I wish I remembered, was very helpful! She had fantastic customer service. showed me around the place because I was curious lol and helped me find what I needed in my price range. I could've stayed there all day and talked with her. she was great and I can see the customers that come in are very comfortable and there was absolutely no judgment. I can't speak on the theater movie section, but I will say if you're looking for adult toys and a good selection this is a good spot. 5 stars for customer service!! Oh also one thing that I loved and appreciated sooo much from the woman who was working, was when I was leaving she announced out loud that a" lady was exiting!" So men would be "appropriate" as I was walking to the back exit. Can't express how much I appreciated her!”

Shannon was delightful and knowledgeable and we enjoyed tasting their delicious wines. We even enjoyed our own snacks on their outdoor patio. You can't go wrong stopping here.”
