Super friendly and helpful! Our morning ride went south when the lower gears on my bike wouldn't shift properly. We looked them up and walked our bikes over, hoping they could fix it right away. My bike, a beach cruiser, was a little out of place in a shop filled with racing bikes. But, he took it right away and fixed it!
