DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! This is the rudest WORST dry cleaners I have EVER been to. They totally ruined my Tommy Bahama linen pants -- staining them with some kind of bleach, trying to iron them (!) instead of steaming them as requested! After I had dropped them off - I also had a casual scarf to be dry cleaned.. I was quoted $11.65 for the scarf.. several hours later the loud owner calls me to change the price of the scarf to almost almost $17.00 !!! I thought this was very poor business form towards a new customer. I cancelled the scarf and told them to only dry clean the pants. He told me to pick them up a 8pm Monday. I was there on the dot at 8pm and they were not even close to being ready!! The horrible owner disappeared in the back forever. I was made to wait a good half hour.. While I waited he was verbally abusive and far too personal. I pointed out to him that this was not a social call I was making - I was trying to get my pants from the dry cleaners.My $130.00 Tommy Bahama pants are completely ruined. I said no pleat - there is an uneven pleat so deep it's changed the texture of the linen.Disgusting business ethic and horrible job.

This dry cleaner is amazing! My other dry cleaner left my clothes smelling of gasoline, and now I know why, they use a petroleum solvent. Whereas this place uses a sand-like substance and detergent. I can't believe I was wearing clothes soaked in petroleum! This place is clean, fast, friendly and with great prices. And their safe, eco friendly cleaning gives me lots of peace of mind. And Carlos is absolutely amazing! Super nice. Super friendly. And gives me first class service. Top notch dry cleaner from back to front. Thanks guys!

We moved into the Palisades Three and a half years ago. The only sadness I had was about losing the best dry cleaner of all time - Hollyway in West Hollywood only to discover they had just opened a new location 50 yards from our home. Here is what I love about them. They are responsible, reasonable, green, and exhibit little wear-and-tear on our clothes. I travel and periodically have had to really work with them in getting clothes back in time for a trip. Overall, a lovely experience.
