Went inside Vons to purchase snacks & came back to my car being towed while parked in handicap with my handicap placard. There was an event across the street & it looked cool from far so AFTER we bought our items, we went to see what was going on across the street. Within 10 minutes, a tow truck came & tried to tow the car. The workers there didn’t realize we were customers & there sign says customer parking 1 hour. We were there for a total of 15-20 minutes & the tow truck tried taking the car. (Luckily it wasn’t fully hooked on yet) Worst service, we will NOT be back. We didn’t even get an apology as we were customers. Play back the footage & you will see we purchased items. Beware, they pride themselves in towing cars. They towed a bunch of cars

Executive Management, Thank you for selecting the best in character and grace for the staff of Vons Pacific Palisades Starbucks! Last night I got to Vons Starbucks at 7:59PM and you close at 8PM. Andrea was very gracious enough to keep the Starbucks open when it was dark and make me 2 drinks. I kept saying it is fine and she insisted on making me the drinks. I am grateful that Vons hires the best . If there is any method for Andrea to be recognized or rewarded for going the extra mile it would be very appreciated. Thank you for hiring quality individuals at Vons who actually care for the customers. Alisa
