For a Major chain, even those locations serving as a franchise they should be 24-7 as they originally operated. Looking at their WebSite per location is a crapshoot on hours, No longer dependable.

Very honest, went to this location this morning to reload my prepaid card, store clerk recognized me, handed over $100 bill that the store clerk said that I dropped it almost 2 weeks ago, store clerk even showed a picture of me. Thank you so much for the honesty and much appreciated service.

Absolutely horrible! This is the closest 7-Eleven to my house and it is not open 24 seven! It closes at 10 on Saturdays which is the most fun day! So when you wanna have fun at 4 AM you can’t go here..

Garbage! Fake hours, employees who sleep in the establishment, very very very rude and almost mean customer service. Terrible place! Avoid at all costs! ?

Closed at night. Unlike the one on Clarendon, they post hours. And those hours are not 7-11 hours.

I've been going to this 7-11 for years. I've always been well treated and got really good customer service from all the employees. I also appreciate how diligent they've been during this pandemic and the precautions they take, especially with handling the food items. When I'm not in the mood to battle a grocery store line, it's my favorite little market for picking up one or two items fast.

not a great experience last two times. Cashiers are clueless about gift cards (do not know that gift cards can also be purchased by debit card). Clueless new girl working tonight. Manager did not seem to care when I corrected the cashier. Couple of weeks ago the cashier was preaching to me about god and heaven....looked stoned out of his mind. Owner, please do something...

Just because they know how to do their job when it comes to making payments. I showed the young lady a paper for her to scan, she then asked how much, and DONE! My only gripe is there's never parking whenever I come here.

I reported the SPIC BITES to corporate offices and their investigation deemed that the"y" in spicy bites wore out during regular cleaning .I even submittedpictures of the "y" scratched off!Now I'm not a rocket scientist but...Why are all the other letters crisp and clear? Only the "y" was cleaned???

Please trust me when I tell you to just go to the Walgreens that's right next to the 7-Eleven in the Manor neighborhood of Pacifica it's so so much CHEAPER and the customer service is so much better. I had such a horrible experience at the 7/11 in Pacifica in the Manor neighborhood on the corner of Manor Ave. at 137 Manor Ave., Pacifica, Ca, 94044!! First of all the Walgreens that's about a 45 second walk from the 7/11 is so so much cheaper, I'm talking everything the whole store is cheaper, you're just throwing away your money at the 7/11 on Manor. On top of that there cold food is always expired and they never ever seem to replace there stuff it's so gross. But the worst thing about the 7/11 is the customer service, almost every single employee is so rude and disrespectful, they all use swear words all the time even when I have my 10 year old son with me and they are all very short with you and are always on there phones. They also have Rap music playing with swear words around my young child. Only the Manager Tom is polite but when Tom's not working the place is a disaster. No small talk from the employees at all, they are not polite at all and they never say "Thank You" or "You're Welcome." But the worst part about the 7-Eleven on Manor is that all of their items are so overpriced and a lot of their items are expired and then on top of that you have to deal with ignorant disrespectful employees using the "F" word and other swear words around my young child. It has to be one of the least professional businesses that I have ever been in while at the same time all of their items are way overpriced compared to the Walgreens or the Safeway right next to it. Trust me when I say, if you would like to save some money and get actual real customer service then go to the Walgreen's or Safeway trust me it's so worth it!!
