Ok, it's been years since my last review and I'm happy to say things are a whole lot better. Dindo and his staff work incredibly hard to please their customers. I had a nail in my tire and they quickly came to my aid with no hesitation. I feel comfortable with Dindo because I know he won't over charge me like all other places when they see a women. Thank goodness for our little corner gem!

I came here for low tire pressure on Sunday, never had pumped air into tires before. After many failed attempts, I gave up. I came back on Monday, Dindo, the manager, Helped me right away for free. Thank you very much for your kindness and hep

My. Are has been there 3 weeks and then they finally say they don't have the tool to fix my car. Never call me back either after they say they will. Poor customer service and service in all.

Came here after coming back from Frontierland and realizing I was low on gas. Not many options after passing downtown, so decided to come here before going to the library a few minutes away. While pumping the gas I realized I better was off some of the salt off the windows. And since I am cleaning some windows, better clean them all. A horrible mistake. After driving away all my windows began turning white, couldn't see out of them. The water they had in there was so aged that the residues made driving dangerous.

This place is terrible. I chose 87 Octane and realized half way through that the pump was dispensing 91. I immediately stopped and went inside to complain. The elderly man behind the counter asked me why I wanted 87 when I clearly needed higher octane (I have a Dodge Durango R/T). When I explained that that wasn't the point and that I didn't choose the 91 Octane, he said..that's ok because 91 is better for my car! This place is ripping people off. Don't go here.

Ok folks, I have NEVER experienced what I just experienced here today! My family and I came to Pacifica today to take the kids up hiking in San Pedro Valley Park. Unbeknownst to us there was a $6 parking fee (cash only). Seeing as we hadn't any cash we decided to go to this 76 gas station to use the ATM or get cash back. We got to the gas station and the ATM machine wasn't working and that they don't give cash back with a purchase. One of the gentlemen there (owner/employee) overheard that we were hoping to take the kids to the park and needed six dollars for the parking upon which he opened up his wallet, took out a crisp $10 bill and handed it over to me telling me to take the kids over and to have a fun time at the park. Wow, unbelievable! Human kindness is alive and well. Thank you, kind Sir. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name as I was so blown away by your generosity!

A year ago we took my car here and three times we had to take it back. We were charged about $300 each time . I told the hubby don't take my new car there ever. So he did and........I was standing next to my husband when he called about our car . He said ..." Can you please check the battery ? Something is draining it overnight". I park the car and I mentioned that the esp light s also on. Meaning while you're checking for the drain , can you please check the esp light ? $265.00 it's ready ! It was the brake something that cost $15.00. cool . I go pay for it but wasn't able to pick it up till that eve. Go to start it at 9 pm and it's dead . Pissed ? The next day I go take my keys back . He says " oh! Something must be draining the battery"! I said , " yes , that's the Reason we brought it in the first place". He argues with me for 10 min looking at his notes and says , " no, it says here he called and wanted us to check the esp light"! I argued that I was standing right there when he called about the battery! He looks at his notes again and again argues with me! So I ask him if the 265 we just paid the day before had anything to do with checking the battery? No , he says . We were just.checking the esp light . OMG are you kidding. Me? Here we go! A week later car is ready . $350.00. Guess what ? It barely started PLUS three more lights were on including the esp light ! I go back in and hand them My keys and tell them those lights are on . Over a week later I call and he says they are still trying to figure it out . A couple days later I call and they are still figuring it out and all I see is dollar signs adding up! I just told them to stop working on it cuz I'm coming down to get my car and take it to another place AND I wanted a refund too! Come on ! $600.00! For what ? A $15.00 part ? No, that's just not right . So it's been one month without my car , less $600.00 and they did nothing to fix the problem we took it in for ! Plus argued with me? I go to get my car and I thought I was going to have to fight for our money back but They refunded every penny ! They willingly and very nicely credited our money back ! That's why they get one star.

Unbelievable service! Dindo just replaced the transmission for my Acura '06 and the car drives like new. I found Pacifica 76 through Repair Pal which guarantees the shop's work and quality. Dindo is competent, hardworking, thorough, conscientious, and honest. He follows through with me from estimate through completion as well as warranties his work. I'm telling all my friends to use him as their own mechanic for oil changes and engine problems. Eric at the front desk also great with all the communications. Thank you, Dindo for making my Acura run again after a year of sitting in the garage.

Dindo and Eric are amazing. I took my 2008 Chrysler 300 to have a EGR valve replaced. After having been told it would cost me $169 to look at my car to SEE if that is the problem (local place in Pacifica) or $639 at the dealership. I called up this place after seeing the good reviews online. They were not only fair but fast and efficient. And I'm happy to report it was less than both places. Thank you to everyone at Pacifica 76. i WILL ONLY USE THIS PLACE TO FIX MY CAR NOW!!

Great Service, the techs are very kind and always helpful, (like especially when you think your getting charged but they say don't worry about it) Dindo is the man everyone asks for and he knows his stuff. All I could say is that they deserve a bigger shop and more space.
