Hotel is good for the price. Manager is nice. Paid ~$160. Near the beach and pier. Room was clean. Pch1 traffic noise was a little heavy. Coffee shop 5 min walk South. Parking easy and free. Thank you

This place is conveniently located walking distance to the pier. Free parking. One of the smallest lobbies I've seen. No seating area in the lobby. No coffee. No breakfast. No dogs allowed.
Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I won't mind staying here again.

There is so much to love about this just about perfect hotel, the staff was super kind and helpful, the room was so big, roomy, beautiful ocean view, clean and nicely appointed with everything you will want or need, also very quiet day and night, love this place!
