Very friendly, helpful staff and management. They always gave updates when storms hit to check on our units.
Late payment or card issue reminders from the family or management when I forgot to advice of replaced cards, with no penalties charged was a blessing indeed. Thank you Crespi Storage 💞💞

Vibrant atmosphere, secure facility, extremely desirable location about 1 minute walk from Linda mar beach, and the 1 freeway. Fantastic rates and a range of sizing options to suit every tenants unique needs.
Clean, safe, and fairly priced. You can't go wrong.

I never write reviews but this pushes me to do this. We've been a client of Crespi Storage since 2018. I never experience any issues dealing with the previous Managers Janell and Deborah but seems the new Manager Maria has no customer service skills.

The keypad to let me in my storage building has been broken for over a month. When I complained I was told they knew of this problem and keep trying because it works 1 out of every 5 tries but I tried 20+ times and it wouldn't work so I had to walk around the whole building to the far side and use that door. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over a thousand dollars a year I expect a working door. I've been back twice and both times I tried the lock 10/15 times and it won't unlock. Very disappointing that the owners don't care to fix what's broken at this storage facility
