Prices and selection are mostly OK, but the cigars are bone dry! The humidor is not maintained clearly. Of course I found out after buying a couple so that's on my for not checking. Regarding, be aware!

First off, I haven't been in Pacifica in over 20yrs..... let alone in The Gateway Plaza!! It's kinda like WOW lol, when U ain't been "?" in sooooo freakin long. Anywho, I got what I was looking for at Ernie's & the clerk had GREAT customer service :-):-) I just miss my great ? breeze?

Employees are rude, and they don't use masks or require mask and smoke in the store. I'd rather buy from gas stations or drive farther away to stay safe.

I wanted to buy a box of blunt wraps, first time was cool Second time girl clerk had 4 open boxes tried the only have 23 trick when I was going to walk “oh here is two more” then takes the price I paid last time “out the door- tax included and taxes the $25.99

I used to lived close by and go to this store all the time, and never had a bad experience. I moved away from the city, but I was still going to this store. In my last two visits I had a bad experience with an African American guy ( I don't know his name and I don't if he is the owner). I noticed he was so rude with every single customer before me. He don't have patience or manners, mostly with seniors. He yelled at the customers, he always says something rude and doesn't let the customers speak. I don't think I will ever go back there. He treated me and my mother in law so rude, he even turned off the lottery machine so we couldn't check our tickets and he refused to sell us tickets, the reason, we didn't know it. We left the store without telling him a word, it was not worth it to argue with him.
