I went for an oil change today for the first time and was shocked by the terrible service! They don't care at all about the car, they treat it as if it were theirs. The guy lowered the lift with my car on top of another car; luckily, only the other person's car got damaged. Otherwise, I would have lost a day of work. It's such a lack of attention and care for other people's belongings.
