I visited the store a couple of times after that to pick wood for my cabinets. No one in the shop did a hard-sell, and Sam was happy to draw up new plans as my project changed. He also made great suggestions for design. My cupboards are gorgeous! I LOVE them. They came exactly on time. And everyone in the shop was very communicative with me.”

Both Albert and Marion were very skilled at customer service, remaining in contact during our journey leading up to purchasing prefabricated quartz, the layout, fabrication and installation of our brand new counters. “Now I know why this place got most of the five-star rating, I went to the store try to buy a kitchen faucet because my original kitchen faucet have a very low pressure, so I call a famous plumber in Daly City, and they said the faucet have an internal clog which cannot be fix, so they suggest me to buy a new one which can easily cause more than six or seven hundred dollars for a good brand name. So I went to LP and I believe Hung is the owner of the store, he has a lot variety of kitchen faucet and he explained that very well to me on each one, during the conversation I explained what's the problem on my kitchen faucet and he told me I don't really need to get a new one, don't waste your money because it is only a simple fix so he taught me step by step how to clean the flow separator but unfortunately it won't work so I decided to take the whole thing back to the shore and ask Hung. He just took a quick look and took some parts out and do a little cleaning. Unbelievably my kitchen faucet work as new with strong water flow. That save me a couple hundred dollar from buying a new faucet. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and families, too bad I can't give this store a 10 star otherwise I will do so. “Jeff's crew did a wonderful job correcting the mistakes of another (not so wonderful) contractor. The job required repairing some Sheetrock on our ceiling. Jeff scheduled the work and introduced us to each of the workers who would be involved. Everyone showed up when they were expected, did their jobs perfectly, and left everything remarkably clean. This was as painless as a dreaded ceiling repair could be thanks to JP Lindstrom, Inc.'s professionalism and attention to detail. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.”

“Gilmans Kitchen & Bath was very helpful ordering a Dura Supreme cabinet face for a drawer space left empty when we had to replace our "built in oven" and the new oven was 2" too large for the existing space. Sales Associate Charlotte Cheng measured & planned the wood panel which proved to be the perfect size, matched the cabinet face & color finish to our 23 yr. old existing Dura Supreme kitchen. Gilmans recommendation of contractor Kai Stratton to install the cabinet face was a great reference. He absolutely knew what was needed to do the work and seamlessly attached the panel directly over the drawer space left below the new oven in no time at all. Viewing it today, one would never know it had been recently replaced.”

“After dealing with a flood in a two unit building my family and I were faced with a forced renovation of two kitchens. After visiting several showrooms in the Bay Area, we decided to have Sincere Home Décor at the South San Francisco location design both kitchen cabinet layouts. We worked with Senior Designer and Sales Associate, Allison Li and we were extremely pleased by her friendly demeanor, quick response, and expertise in helping us put our two kitchens back together. Below is the incredible service we received from Allison: a. She walked us through each step of the process and really put us at ease during a very stressful renovation. b. My contractor was not familiar with the installation of the cove crown molding and cabinet base molding. Allison took the time to send photographs and included instructions on the installation. c. She has incredible attention to detail. For example, our refrigerator placement was next to a wall. Allison made sure there was enough space/clearance for the refrigerator doors to open at full width for the interior refrigerator drawers to fully pull out without the doors being in the way. d. She explained how to adjust the drawers and provided photographs. The visuals helped tremendously. e. She helped me when I had some issues with my cabinetry and worked with me through the process until it was resolved with the manufacturer. For example, my spice rack was not closing correctly. Allison worked quickly to contact the company and they sent the replacement parts to fix it. She also had her managers assist with adjusting the drawer itself when I brought it into the showroom. f. Her manager, Phil, assisted with providing documentation requested by the insurance company. When it came time to purchase our quartz countertops and hood vent, my family and I did not hesitate to purchase them from Sincere Home Décor. We received the same quality of customer service. Selecting the countertops was easily done at their Oakland warehouse and the installation by Ken was great. There were also plenty of hood vent options to select from and a simple process to order. My family and I are grateful for the excellent customer service that Allison and the entire staff at Sincere Home Décor provided to us. We highly recommend them if you are doing a kitchen remodel.”

I asked one of the employers, his name is Fernando if they sell any snack at the store.... he told me , I will look. He came back with a turkey cheese sandwich a bottle of water and a napkin....... “Sherman helped me with my kitchen cabinets. He was easy to work with, and their inventory and pricing is reasonable (vs East star). Would have given 5 stars except for 2 small things. There was a miscalculation with the length of the peninsula, and he gave me one panel instead of two - so we needed to remove what was installed and redo it. There wasn't a touch up paint kits available so we couldn't fix the small dings from my contractor. I will shop here again when I need new cabinets again”

His knowledge and customer service skills far surpassed the gentleman that I waited to speak with for @ 30minutes the previous day, but that guy was far more interested in other clients and even people who just walked in after me... Jet, on the other hand gave me his full attention and expertise which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend you look for him when you are ready to order items, or need any clarifications! I know I ordered far more from Jet than originally planned, but it just made sense to order most of my purchases from someone who was interested in helping me and gave me his undivided attention.”
