Ownership keeps this facility impeccably clean on a daily basis. There's always a cart readily available for use. It feels safe daytime or night. I highly recommend renting from this facility if you live in Pacifica.
Btw Courtney provides the most exceptional service for the customer!

A few months ago me and my husband decided to downsize our unit into a smaller unit. In the process of this I saw people buying auctioned units and asked an employee about the process. He then told me there was a very large unit that needed to be emptied because nobody had bid on it and they needed someone to take the stuff to the dump but could not afford the price most people were wanting. I mean there was a 800 pound piano in there and several hundred pounds of books and just old trash. I told the gentleman what me and my husband do for a living and that we would give them a great deal. He told me to come back and speak with Chris the manager the following day. So I did. In the talk with Chris he also showed me the room and would not let me in too see what kind of stuff there was. And he said it needed to be clear by Saturday of that week. This was a Monday i believe. He told me that they couldn’t afford like a 2000.00 bill and I told him I would give him a good deal and it would feel like it was for free pretty much. Not actually saying I would do it for free.He even said he would provide pizza for us…that never happened. I’m a foodie lol. Anyways that week I received several calls from Chris making sure I was still coming. I mean like 9 calls!! The guy also has a negative demeanor to the people he interacts with and has a god like aura around him. So that Friday my husband had another job to do so I rented a U-Haul and spent all day going through the room seeing what I could take to donations and what was trash. I ended up having to go to the dump twice on Friday and still wasn’t done by the end of that day. I had another job on Saturday that I had to cancel because of my word I had given Chris. On Saturday I paid someone to pick up the piano with his truck and take it to the dump for me while I focused on cleaning and getting the rest of the trash out of the unit. In helping move the piano to the truck I knocked my leg and a week later was in the hospital with a blood infection! But back to the point. I gave them a invoice for 1600.00. A lot cheaper than it should of been and was still under the 2000.00 mark Chris had given me. I pretty much cut my labor so cheap and the majority of the invoice was the dump fees and U-Haul rentals and gas and 200.00 I paid to have someone help me. Still to this day the only thing I have received from them is the charge they charged me for my old unit when they said they wouldn’t and lies. They said I said I would do it for free!!! Even called the home office and some lady said she was going to reimburse us for just the U-Haul and the dump. That never happened either. Instead my husband got approached my Chris in a hateful demeanor and talked to him like we were trying to do something wrong. Chris also stares at us now when we come in and it’s highly uncomfortable. He is not a good person at all. Between him and the lady I called and emailed….they don’t do what they say. I would really consider ever dealing with him. I spent so much money out my own pocket….for free?? Who in the hell does that in 2024?! I learned a lesson by not getting a written documentation. Karma will take care of it in the long run.
Other than that the reason I gave 3 stars instead of negative 100 stars is the place is very clean. It always smells like heaven and they have an AMAZING person named Courtney there. She always smiles and waves and even after what happened I could see how bad she felt for us but still kept her professional image. She is too good for that place. She is always cleaning and she even called me the other day to let me know I didn’t lock my unit correctly!! She is a gem and I want her to know that I appreciate her and hope she finds a place to work where they treat her like the great worker she is.
Edit*********** READ THE RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!** they didn’t even offer to reimburse. I was hoping for a different outcome?? I have voicemails from Chris. As well as proof of l spent plus now medical bills. I should contact housing board next..for the apts

Set-up done over the phone with an agent that was very knowledgeable and helpful (Rochelle). Quick & Easy. The location is very clean and the directions given over the phone and via email are concise.
