I want to say that this is the best storage facility, I was with them over 10 years, and always had a wonderful experience, Lori and Lee are very friendly and they always treated me like I was family, never had any issue there , the facility is well maintained, clean and you always get a friendly welcome from Lori and Lee. They're great people. If you're looking for a storage facility, I suggest you go there. Your stuff will be safe and you'll always be treated like your family, going to miss see them , but will stop bye just to say hi .

I’ve been renting from lockitup for the last two years and have had nothing but positive experiences/interactions. The folks who run the business are the nicest you’ll ever meet. Would recommend.

Very happy we found a unit in this very clean, well run facility. Nice managers helped us arrange something quickly over the phone and had the paperwork ready so we could complete all within 30 minutes or so from when our movers arrived! Highly recommend.

We are so glad we found this storage location. In our previous location they constantly left the front gate open. I’m glad someone is always on-site. We are pleased with the management. We feel our storage is safe.

Decent priced for The amount of space you get. And for pacificans, the location in Pacifica is pretty handy.To some, on site management might seem gruff to some, But I think it's effective and keeping the storage location and the rest of the common property at the strip mall running well.

The people were nice enough when I dealt with them, but they never returned my deposit. I called twice to follow up and they assured me I would get a refund check, but I never did. Not very professional.

Secure, dry storage year round. Clean. Not problems with bugs or rodent. Great price. Excellent caretaking by Lee and Lori who are honest, friendly, and direct. Recently Lock It Up had solar put in to make the place more energy efficient too. All this makes for a great value in store and a place you can trust. Still there after a couple a years and look forward to more. I totally recommend Lock It Up Self Storage.

I was a customer for 11 years and the service has been great. The onsite managers treated me like family. They've always been kind and courteous to me, and I'm grateful for that. If you're looking to store your belongings in this area I recommend Pacifica Lock It Up Storage.

Thank you for a great experience! Our things stayed secure and dry! When we rented our space(s) our intention was to remodel our house; we ended up moving! Because of the friendly flexibility we stayed in our two units until we were able to shift our stuff to our new home in Nevada City. You guys are one reason we will miss our home of 22 years; Pacifica folks rock!

Lee & Lori West are the most kind and generous resident managers. They were always helpful with all my questions. This location is well maintained and clean and I highly recommend this facility.

The man who owns this property came out and yelled at me for walking my dog through the parking lot. If you want to be worried about getting kicked out at random and getting yelled at by someone who it totally off their rocker - then this is the storage unit for you. Even if you're desperate, wouldn't put my stuff here.

SO glad we found these people and that they had availability when we needed it! Just re-read the other 5-star reviews, and I can confirm that they continue to provide excellence for their tenants here. I helped my daughter move her things in about 8 months ago. We are very grateful that this is the facility she chose.
