They have an entire island dedicated to excellent chocolate bars with lots of bean to bar options. They feature local chocolate makers and international ones making chocolate bars with cacao beans grown all over. You can really taste the difference in cacao if you buy a couple of bars of the same percentage and try them side by side—Belize, Uganda, Colombia, Vietnam, Ecuador, Tanzania… it’s like a little model UN in chocolate form.”
