I was disappointed with the experience.
The first time I had my nails done at the salon, the polish didn’t chip and I was satisfied with the service. The second time, they asked me to test a new product on my nails, which I kindly agreed to, but unfortunately the result was poor, the polish got marked and chipped quickly. Right after that, I contacted the owner to explain the issue and mentioned I could come back after a busy week. I took photos and videos the day after to document the problem.
By phone, the owner told me I could return to have the nails fixed at no cost. However, when I went back to the salon for the repair, the owner compared my case to another client whose polish didn’t chip, and ended up charging me for the fix.
I liked the work the first time, but I expected more professionalism and care for the customer.

Had a great experience! I received a relaxing pedicure and gel manicure. They take their time, very detailed. Will be going back!

I have never written a bad review before, ever. However, I have been going to Lisa’s Nail salon for more than five years now and this trip was the last. Most of the time I’ve been satisfied, rushed maybe, but satisfied. This time the owner herself did my nails. I did not like the way I felt like I was taking up HER time. During the whole time she is nagging at her staff, looking everywhere but at my hands, and at one point I had two of them working on my hands (not hands and feet) at the same time. Dropped $200 in 35 minutes and I didn’t even get a thank you. And I always tip. This trip sealed the deal…no more. She is more interested in fast money rather than giving her customers a relaxed spa experience. Over priced and bad attitude.

Just had my first pedicure there with Sunny. Let me tell you that he was quick, efficient, and thorough. I walked-in and they got me seated quickly after I chose my color. I was greeted immediately after walking in the door and the entire atmosphere was friendly and warm. I believe I have found my new nail place!

The BEST customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon! We were at Rockaway Beach and decided we wanted a pedicure so we went to Nails by Lisa and the customer service from the moment we walked in was unlike any!! GREAT owners and employees.. I will DEF go back and I would highly recommend to anyone! They welcomed my well behaved dogs and all..

My wife and I had a great Mani- Pedi experience here and we highly recommend Nails by Lisa... Lisa was very, very detailed in my Pedi... and my Wife had an excellent Mani Pedi... it's very clean and relaxed here... You will be very satisfied! We look forward to our next visit.

Terrie was my manicurist and she did a great job. They take walk-ins but it's better to call ahead for a slot (thanks for squeezing me in!), the phone communication is very clear and prompt. Salon has a small parking lot outside, and is clean and well ventilated inside. I messed up my manicure as soon as I got in the car and Terrie was nice enough to fix my smudged nails as I pathetically came crawling back. Operated by Lisa and daughter Terrie, this salon is so friendly and the service is great. Their website has the prices listed. I wanted almond shaped nails, and Terrie was very honest over the phone that she would need to see if I had the length to do it, so I appreciated her evaluation and expertise. Definitely recommend as the premier nail salon serving the coast.

I found this place a couple years ago and have since then been getting my nails done monthly. Everyone in here is so attentive and kind. If you’re a Pacifica local, I highly recommend getting your nails done here.

I moved to Pacifica almost 2 years ago and was on the hunt for the perfect spot that could help me with manicures, pedicures & waxing (brows) ....and if I am lucky and have time an extra massage now and then. Terri and her crew are top notch! I have tried other shops close by but the quality and attention to the detail does not match Lisa's. Plus once you meet Lisa and realize that a strong woman started the business years ago - you want to support this family business that's all about taking good care of yourself. The prices are a little higher than I paid at my old shop in SF, but the quality of the work is undeniable. The cleanliness standards are top notch. They also have their own mini parking lot so you can always get a spot ;).
