My son left home with the family for a day trip to the coast to get away from the heat , in panic mode called me I said get to the nearest O'Reilly's and test the charging system and sure enough the alternator was gone. These guys didn't have one but the next city had one and drove over to get it so my son could get back on the road. This store deserves a great big thank you to everyone there.

I visited the O'Reily in Pacifica last week and was just compelled with the customer service received by KC and his manager I had to write a review. I had gone to the O'Reily in Daly City and they could not figure out the solution to my problem. KC didn't flinch and resolved it right away. It's worth driving the extra couple of miles to see the folks at this shop. Thanks for your help!

I visited O'Reilly on Manor Drive in Pacifica looking for a hard-to-find wiper blade for my '22 Chevy Bolt. It wasn't on the floor, so when a very nice gentleman behind the counter named Mike saw me looking confused, he asked, "Can I help you find something?" So unlike at a certain "big box" home improvement store (NOT Lowes, but not to be named here) where you can literally stand around for DAYS and nobody will offer to assist you! Long story short...he grabbed the exact blade I needed from the back and said with a smile, "Just ask and you shall receive!" WOW! Now that's the kind of service that might take a bite out of Amazon's profits! By the way, the BEST front wiper blades for the '22 Bolt EUV: Bosch ICON 24OE/17OE. Yes, the 17" DOES FIT on the passenger side. Bosch doesn't make the ICON "OE" in 16" size!?? The back wiper blade is any generic 12". Thanks again, Mike!

The customer service Michael gave me with my little purchase was refreshingly courteous. I'm a senior woman ignorant of basic car maintenance. Having no idea how to check oil, not my car, he checked the level and said the level was low but not dangerously low. I was good to go but to get an oil change soon. No sale. For a pigeon like me he could have talked me into a miracle fix. Thank you, Michael.

This review is a LONG time coming but I would be remiss if I did not talk about the kindness and support that I have experienced at this store. On two separate visits, I have had a rep help me out of a dire situation by going above and beyond the call of duty. A BIG Thank you to these two gentleman (Randy & Kevin) for demonstrating such kindness to me and my car, I am so grateful. To those in need of some kindness and quality car support, please look no further than the Pacifica location. If I'm ever in the area and need car assistance, I'll be back for sure!

Kevin came outside and took a look at my car. He helped me open up my hood and quickly diagnosed my Toyota's problem. Kevin saved me a couple hundred dollars. I am so, so grateful and I learned something new about my car!
