Pet Food Express is a great place with a super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The team is always incredibly helpful, kind, warm, and patient, often walking the aisles with customers to assist them. They are knowledgeable on products and take time explaining what they are useful for. The store offers a self-serve pet wash and groom station at the back, where dog owners can also bathe and weigh their pets. Pricing is on the higher side for high-end brands, and the dog wash service has become expensive. Customers enjoy buying dog treats and food at this nice store and are informed of sales.

First time Pup dad .. the staff saw me freaked out with my 6 week old Laberdoodle Rigby.. They were so kind enough to walk the isles with me and help me grab everything a start up pup dad will need.
