I usually went here because I live near by. I asked for a toe color change to find out it’s 40.00 to change color? Seemed way too high. As they proceeded with the pedicure they did not even remove the old color completely did half job insisted for 10 dollars more I can get the regular pedicure. All I wanted was color change. I payed for full mani and they also did the process so plain.
When it was time to pay I asked how much is it for debit. She said 2.00 extra. I said ok. Then I look again at the bill I was being charged 2 dollars extra per service!!!! My son also had a service so if you add it up it’s 6.00 extra just because I wanted to pay in debit not cash? As we all know economy is not well to be giving extra money with bad service. I recon to pay tip if I am treated well and the service is done completely. I said I will never come back. Maybe when you go you should check your billing they won’t tell you they add so much per service not per transaction. Bad place.

The ladies here always make me feel welcome and happy. They are very nice and they go above and beyond to fulfill my nail needs. Hannah is a pro with gel x nails and acrylic (regular nails too of course), you can tell that she's really a perfectionist and cares very much about the quality of her work. Anna is also amazing, my two big toe nails were broken (because I'm clumsy) she offered to paint on acrylic to make them even, which I didn't even know you could do! Now both my fingers and toes look perfect. Considering what a thorough job they do, it is also always quicker than I think! Go to Pro Nails, you will be very happy with the outcome.

This place used to be good, my gel mani would last up to 3-4 weeks. I recently went back and I had an unpleasant service. The top coat on my nails started to come off the next day. Not even a week in, the gel pedi I got is coming off alone. When I get back to get the nails fixed they told me to come back the following day and to find the person who initially did my nails because they were too busy -- there was only one other lady in there. Also, it is extremely overpriced. $15 extra for chrome?! How?!

I love Pro Nails. Is fun there. Clean, calming and the whole team including Anna and Jade are welcoming and top notch. It has a nice spa vibe and (big bonus that few people pay attention to), you can see great sunsets as you look down towards the beach. Even though it is across the highway, I literally saw a humpback whale spout from my chair when I was there a few months ago! I was flabbergasted.

My go to spot in Pacifica for pedicures!!! Love how they use the extra special callous buffer because my sandal wearing always dries my heels so badly and the usual pumice scrub just doesn't do it but after they use that revolving buffer, I actually leave with soft feet! They don't charge extra for it but if you don't see it used on you, I'm sure you can ask. I just don't know what it's called haha. They do take walk ins but if you're on a time crunch I would definitely call first in case they got a sudden influx. Splurge for the extra 10 minute massage if you need it! The massage included is usually already good and firm and therapeutic but an extra 10 helps relieve those tired legs! I've seen them massaging arms and shoulders too.

The owner Jenny is really nice ! Jade my girl is amazing she loves what she does so she takes the time and care for you. She treats you like family. My nails come out so beautiful each time. Hannah as well so sweet I always have Hannah do my pedicures or Jade if I'm lucky

Zero stars, and I'm never coming back. I've been in pain since Sunday when the tech sawed through my toenail. They rush through each service, take constant phone calls while working on your nails and seem to only care about money. The tech was in such a rush to get my polish off she injured me instead of taking the time to soak the polish off with acetone. I wonder if the health department is aware of their practices...

Amazing experience! Loved it! Donna was so sweet and kind, she gave me the full treatment. I love the foot massage and the scrubby stuff that she put on my feet, and even did my calves. It was great! It was the first time I ever had my nails painted. Navy blue with rainbow sparkles! Awesome! I highly recommend the experience for men. I went in with my girlfriend and had a blast! Great music. Fun conversation. I think I'll do it at least once a year from this point forward!Services: Pedicure
