This review is long overdue. Refresh Nail Care is my go-to nail salon for gel manicures and regular pedicures. The salon is clean and well-maintained, and the nail techs are thorough and meticulous. I have natural nails, and they do a perfect, long-lasting job every time. Highly recommend calling to make an appointment in advance as they're usually busy.

I walked in for a pedicure. Staff was helpful and welcoming. They helped me find the perfect Giants orange!! I loved the hot rock calf massage!

I will not be coming back to this nail salon. About 4 weeks ago I came to get my nails done (dip) and the nail tech Misty at the end of my service walked me over to the counter to charge me out. I gave her my debit card to pay and she looks down into my wallet and says "do you have cash?" which then I responded and said No not today sorry. She then says to me in a snarky tone SO you're going to add my TIP on your card? I said yes, I'm sorry I dont have cash today. It doesn't end there she then proceeds to say HOW MUCH ARE YOU TIPPING ME? I then tell her the dollar amount. Misty then goes on to charge me out, hands me back my card, is having a whispering side conversation with another tech, the receipt prints out and im standing there thinking I needed to sign something. Mind you the entire time she's ignoring me- avoiding to make eye contact. She finally looks up annoyed and says in the most rude voice DO YOU NEED SOMETHING?? I said oh no... I thought maybe you needed me to sign the receipt? she then responds and says No you can leave. I will not be returning to this place not sure what crawled up hers.

The mani pedi in town! The pedicure massage is what I come for here. So relaxing and longer than most. The ladies are so lovely and nice too. I usually get gel and sometimes a design and it always looks great.

This my first place nails salon.me n my first Yelp this place check out this place don't make me wrong. Everything is nice and clean but the service that I have is like less they have no Customer I don't know. I feel like they're rushing it and the color that I want they don't have it. Color I want they Yelp in pictures say no color regular pedicure.Wednesday 11/29/23.don't know I'm just saying.

I have been going here for a few months for dip powder nails and have been super impressed. Typically lasts me the full 3 weeks before I have to replace which is awesome. Very detail oriented and open to the fun ideas I like

I definitely believe this is the best nail salon in Pacifica! And the owner is super nice. Jackie is super talented everybody there knows what they're doing. I've been going to them for years... I definitely suggest you should go.

It was quite disturbing to have a bad experience when you tried to do some self care activities.My cuticles were not cleaned well and I got 4 bleeding spots, also my thumb gel nail started chipping after the 3 rd day. Don’t know what to say

Lovely experience! High rating is because of the cleanliness/sanitation, attention to detail, and friendliness!
I love that they take sanitation seriously. New plastic liners for pedicures & opening plastic packs of sanitized tools for each customer. All techs had on gloves and masks.
They were so welcoming and I felt like they really wanted to take care of me. The mani/pedi came out great! I opted for regular instead of gel, so it only really lasted a couple days for me which I expected. But I will absolutely be back!
