MY SISTER GOT DECLINED FOR A WAXING APPOINTMENT JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A LESBIAN?! WHAT KIND OF SALON IS THIS?! HOMOPHOBIC!!! I HOPE THE ONE WHO DECLINED MY SISTER GETS FIRED. I'LL TAKE ACTION FOR THIS AND BRING THIS UP TO THE COURT.

I had an appointment confirmed several days in advance for me and 3 nieces. We were on time, but they didn’t have technicians to cover our reservation. It was my 12 and 15 year old’s birthday and their 1st mani/pedi both of the Chairs didn’t work. Plus the manicure done on the 12 year old was sloppy. They are greedy and they really don’t care that their first experience is low budget. No Shame.

Zero stars if I could. Nails chipped after 2 days. Even the pedicure polish is chipping! They cut my cuticle and it's ragged now. Didn't honer my appointment. Placed me and my guests in broken Chairs. (Don't sit in the 1st 3 chairs) Rude, Greedy, and LOW Class. When I complained, she just smiled. Do yourself a favor and Take your hard earned $$ to a business that provides quality products, and performs honest, fair practices.

THE WORST went in with my niece to get our nails done Super insanitary, the lady tried to use the same tools she used for my niece on me. Everything she did felt rushed, like she just wanted to get done and move on to the next person ( oh, we also waited for almost an hour to get started after she had told me 15 minutes wait) and was super rude when I nicely asked her to clean the edges cuz i had nail polish on my skin around the nails. She told me i can clean it at home when I'm washing my hands.. unprofessional and super disappointing

I drive all the way from Brentwood and when Cindy wasn't there that was Fine . But how none of the nail tech can do a simple design is crazy so I ended up leaving

The pedicure chairs don’t work properly and ruin the relaxing experience. If you turn the chair off, the massage balls protrude into your back, making it painful and uncomfortable. If you go for a mani and a pedi, they start your manicure when you’re in the pedicure chair (which is not functional or what it’s intended for), completely manipulating and contorting your body, making for a very uncomfortable experience. Their color selection is minimal and they rush you into picking a color. The whole experience was uncomfortable, frustrating, rushed, and defeating. If you choose to come here, don’t let yourself be rushed and don’t ask for a mani/pedi, do one and then ask for the other when you’re done, so you can enjoy both experiences.Services: Pedicure

This place gives a great pedicure! I've had several different nail technicians and they've all made sure my toes are taken care of and cute. They're also very gentle and detail-oriented. No pain or discomfort at all unlike other places I've been to. Definitely recommended for a cost-efficient and quality pedicure!

Today I got my waxing and they did not put me in a room. Just did my waxing on a chair and in a hurry. She did not even wipe the wax off my face. My eyebrows are uneven.

This nail shop has been around for a long time. Although I am not consistent with getting my nails done, I have been here a few times. My visits have been few and far between. I came here about 2 months ago to get a manicure. It last for 2 weeks. Again, I had no choice but to come here because the one place I found in Brisbane that actually listens to their clients was booked. I had a manicure and pedicure. For the manicure I had to ask for more coats of polish because they were satified with apply only two coats. With gel polish I have noticied the thicker the polish the longer the life of the manicure. I also asked the woman to cut my toes nails short. Here I am 10 days later having them done and both are useless. I have to cut my toenails now. There is no way that in 10 days my toesnails grew that long and the polish is already gettting caught in my hair. I went back and said something to the owner and she said sorry. We only honor 1 week. 3 days DO NOT make that much of a difference. If you want to get your nails done right, go to Brisbane names in Brisbane Village. I guarantee your nails will be good for at least 1 month. Take your well earned money to them and they will not let you down.
