“I took my teenage grandchildren here during vacation in Pacifica and ended up going back again before we left. One of the best consignment/used clothing stores we have ever found. Huge selection for younger adults and teens but I found a few things also. Converse, Urban Outfitters, anime, graphic tees, jackets, tons of jeans and shorts!Friendly helpful waitstaff especially Madison, Kira and Ali.Going back again soon......worth a trip across the bay.”

“Super easy to find. Pulled right up / no parking hunt required. Took all my clothing & household items - no hassle. No questions. Got a receipt. We were there & outta there in 2 min & if this is not as good as it gets, I don't know what is!”

“I purchased a blender from here and it was in perfect shape. The people who worked here are very nice and I can’t wait to go back and find what other treasures I can find. Reasonably priced and worth checking out.”

“I love goodwill haven't been shopping here since I worked for them 2010. I love the selection at this store. Spent almost 100 bucks like damn, half of my items fit. But, I will be returning some for some store credit. The Fillmore and the old mission location were my favorite. This one on ocean I like the customer service some of the older workers are sweet and have some that think you there to steal. But, it's understandable a little bit with this economy and the way it's going. I will definitely be back.”

“SUMMARY: Solid 4/5 I love the convenience of this little thrift shop along Grand Avenue. Starbucks and all the food places are along Grand, so whenever I'm planning on getting a coffee or lunch in the area I always feel compelled to stop by and skim the racks. I've found a variety of gems all for very reasonable prices (all under $10, with most of my purchases being $5): Topshop cozy sweater, leather heels and loafers, Express slacks, Joe jeans, and more. TIP: while they have a lovely shop and collection on the street level, don't forget to make your way to their basement level for even better deals.”

“I really enjoy coming to this thrift store in Daly City as I typically find something I can wear or use in my home. The store is neatly kept and all the staff are very helpful. The store manager, Daisy, is always greets me with a smile.”

“The throat store part is alright. It suffers from the same problem all thrift stores in trendy areas have: hipsters pick through it constantly so it's all just junk. However, the donation part is great. You can drop any amount of clothes or appliances or furniture and they'll accept it. We dropped off 5 bags of clothes and it took us 30 seconds. They DO NOT accept rugs, according to the guy working there.Donation center is on 26th, next to formerly Wild Pepper. Great for clothes donations.”

“Pros: Great finds in here Clean Small Not too overwhelming except if it's a particularly busy time of day Cons: No dressing room (you basically need to wear leggings and a tank top and then try on clothes over what you are wearing in front of a mirror on the sales floor, which is AWKWARD) Some of the items in here are not actually high end and thus overpriced for this "boutique" Never see any sales or markdowns Overall, if you are female identifying and the most common body type compared with the donors of this location (size 2-10) then you will probably find some interesting clothes. Everyone else, you might also very well find something cool, but there is much less selection to look through. Maybe it's just me, but I did notice more petite (short) sizing than most places, but that could have been just my most recent visits that I am remembering. Shoes are reliably nicer/cleaner/newer compared to most thrift stores. Examine items closely for flaws, and wear the right clothes so that you can try stuff on when you shop. I usually end up buying cocktail dresses and costume jewelry when I shop here.”

“Wonderful thrift store just around the corner from 24th St station. I came in to sell and the employees were super nice. They carefully folded the clothes they didn’t take back into my tote bag and were very polite in explaining why. Stick to this Buffalo, avoid the one in the panhandle.”

“The Goodwill Outlets are always a bargain hunter's dream! Since they charge by the pound, even if you only find one or two things, its always worthwhile. Visted on a Thursday and it was surprisinly quiet! I usually go to the one in Oakland which is much busier.Only 4 stars because, even though they clearly have a huge amount of inventory, they don't rotate the bins very often. I don't know why they don't rotate once an hour or so, instead of dragging it out for over 2 hours! Maybe it was short staffed today?Parking was easier than expected! It's street parking for 2 hours but it was quite easy to move the car to the other side of the street. And yeah, definitely bring your own bags!”

“Decent drop off with pleasant staff. BUT in spite of what the website says and what we were told on the phone yesterday they do NOT take televisions. Hope they make sure their site and staff know this when people ask.”

“These wonderful people dedicate their lives to helping others. The treatment programs associated with this organization save thousands of lives and make the world a better place. Thank God for them. We should all do half as much.”

“I just dropped some things off at the Burlingame Good Will. I am so grateful to be able to donate some things and have them go to good use. The people there are so helpful and doing such a good job. They help both us the donators and those who purchase our donations. They often help me get things from the car, help sort them and are really knowledgeable about where to put things. Kudos to all the helpers at Burlingame Goodwill. Thank you for everything you do.”

“I cannot say enough nice things about the new store manager Nicole. I was there earlier this morning, and found my mothers place settings of China, ask if she had any more in the back, she was kind enough to look, and I was able to surprise my mother with 6 More New Pl. settings to her China. Denise is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend this thrift store.”
