These email addresses that US Bank employees leave are fake and do not work. I filed complaints against them utilizing multiple agencies, and what it comes down to is they are not governed. They pick and choose when to respond. I'm in the process using the court system, and get business taken care of that way. It's really shameful to see a bank with a few behaving like this. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this bank at all.

can I give a zero? Had heard about lousy customer service at this bank but liked the cd rates. tried to make an appointment and left a "next day we'll call you" message. They never called. so I went in. Bank was empty except for 3 employees. They told me they were busy to "sit down and wait for an hour. why didn't i make an appointment" Because you didnt call me back? I was intending to put a lot of money in this CD. I'm going to a bank with actual service.

Absolutely shocking that this bank charges 30 cents to make change! And that is for a business checking account! Asking for 5's and 10's should not be a charge. Isn't that part of what a bank does? Keeps smaller bills for business customers!

I came into this branch looking to open an account and im glad i came here! Ive been to every single bank there is. I can say U.S. bank has been the best service ive had! Outstanding customer service! Christian was very knowledgable and made me feel that the company really cares about their customers! Christian knew the ins and out of the business and answered all my questions and more! I can tell he is very passionate about his job! He took time to take care of me even if it was busy. These are the types of workers that every bank should emloy. I will now be going to this branch from now on! So thank you christian and thank you U.S. Bank!

There is no idea what customer service is all about..visited this place numerous times on behalf of my employer and the treatment by the branch stuff is pathetic at best... four people sitting without any attempt to help customer..one teller that ,most likely, met Napoleon Bonaparte at her prime (no offense to elders) ,should Not work at any job that involved contact with customers..standing there for 20 minutes and being ignored, more than enough to be grateful that my personal account as are in different bank...

I have been with this branch since the 80's when it was "Eureka Credit Union". It was a good bank then. And, after it was taken over by US Bank, it was decent. However in the past few years it has slid downhill in quality of service and honesty. I now consider the bank discriminatory in its practices and would not recommend it to seniors, because of perpetual double talk, inaction, and dishonesty.

This location is great because it is next to my new favorite local boba shop (Teaworld haha). Aside from this, they are all very professional and adhere to strict sanitation procedures. Even the Security Guard opens and closes the door. The Security Guards (there may be multiple? hard to tell with mask from my various visits to this branch) are really friendly and informative. My first visit inside the branch was around last week, and they no longer have the deposit/ withdrawal slips available (not sure if it's a COVID thing or because they are phasing it out bc it's old school?? haha), but I just wanted to recognize their service and professionalism. Christopher the teller was friendly, quick, and super welcoming. I really appreciated his service and the warm attentiveness from the entire staff. Thank you, and looking forward to more branch visits!

Went there on a saturday to open a new account and the Service Advisor upon asking her about it looked at her watch and said she might not have enough time to assist us and to come back later and schedule an appointment for a later date! It was 11:00am and they close at 1:00pm. I would think 2 hours is sufficient enough time to open an account. After she kept glancing at her watch a few more times I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Showed teller (older Asian dude) my card and my I'd to pay a bill and he asked for my SSN... if that's how we doin it best ship that a** back on that boat for tryna fraud me like that!

The only reason we visit this bank is to pay our rent. It's conveniently located from where we live and part of a shopping mall with a couple of places to run errands. The bank itself probably could need a little bit of a refresh. It's dark. Other than that it offers what we need and Everytime I'm there a significant number of other people doing some sort of business. This is a good sign. The staff is friendly and seems competent in what type of business we're usually there to do. Parking is never an issue and the opening hours are good (for a bank)

By far the worst US Bank we been to. I will not name any names because I already talked to the branch manager about one of his employees lying and provided bad customer service. I have never been to a US Bank where the banker thinks he is above everyone else, talk down to customers. And lie their asses off. This person really need to take a class on how to treat people in general.
