“Why did it take me so long to pop in? Fantastic jewel of a vintage shop that shouldn’t be missed. Really wonderful pieces. Prices are very good, better than comps would be on eBay. Not as inexpensive as a thrift store, but this shop is much, much better if you don’t have endless hours to dig. So many gems were found there today!”

“Dropped in today to do a return of a pair of jeans that I purchased. Not quite the fit. I thought that they were going to be during my last minute purchase at closing time. The return today was totally easy. Return for store credit for a future purchase because I know I'll be back.
Interesting thing I found out today. The point of sales systems at each Plato's closet location around the Bay Area are not interconnected. But if you take your receipt for store credit over to the other location and explain what you want, along with the receipt, they should be able to accommodate. Since I'm going to be over in San Mateo, I just might try it with the San Mateo location since I'm needing another pair of jeans anyway.
I totally recommend Plato's Closet not just for their selection, but also for their customer service!”
