I had an excellent experience at the Pacifica Post Office while applying for a new passport. Even without an appointment, the staff were incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous. They took the time to walk me through the entire application process, ensured all documents were in order, and processed everything smoothly. It's rare to find this level of service and patience—especially for something as important as a passport. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this location for passport services!

Incompetent. Supervisor Kevin Wang assured me my misplaced mail from a mail hold would be at the house, but it wasn't. Blamed the fact that the backup carrier didn't answer his phone? Aren't you supposed to be the boss??? Had no idea where my mail is.

I didn't like the service. The lady who attended me was kind of rude and didn't explain me well so I placed the address in the wrong place and she got upset. It wasn't my fault because I asked her twice and she wasn't clear.The place is old but clean, you can find boxes, envelopes, stamps, cards, etc.You can also fin Box Mail.

Their supervisor was very unhelpful, when I needed help locating a piece of mail. Regretted that used USPS, hopefully he be replaced by someone more customer focused.
