I've been just turned away from making a wire transfer as people are at lunch/busy - I was asked to wait for an hour or so it myself online. With 2 people at the counter. Disappointing.

Couldn't ask for better service from Cynthia . I called for hours earlier in the day and knew I was showing up with a task that would keep her late. She was a great help, and I didn't feel rushed. It helped me decide where to bring my business. Thank you.

Only reason not giving 5 stars is the teller names Marisa. All the other tellers are super friendly but Marisa, not so much. No smile or "hi" or anything. Very discouraging. I now just wave on the next person in line if she is open next so I don't have to feel her negativity.

Perfection I'm a store branch Wells Fargo. I should come here more often. Not only can this branch do unexpected things. Their people as the nicest and most courteous about too. Today's experience was about obtaining a cashier's check. That was handled with care and accuracy. But after I walked away I realized the Singapore money I had in the wallet to change back and deposit. I walked back up to the counter expecting to be point off to another branch. But instead I found this branch can accept foreign currency. And they can perform a straight money change transaction, or simply deposit the funds into your account. Definitely saved me time from going to another branch, or to the airport money changers. Thank you very much Melissa, Mary, and Andy for providing excellent service and a great experience!

I've been having problems with a credit card that I have, I try to pay them, and they say oh we don't have the right account number or routing number (though they had successfully taken auto-payments from me many times before), then the CC company messes up the whole debit card/checking account number, charges me fees, sends me letters saying it didn't go through the bank because blah blah- this happens with them like 3-4 times, so by the last time I try to resolve this w/the CC company, try to log in and all my info is deleted (routing, account #'s etc) , I become frustrated and call Wells Fargo, wanting to find a way to pay them off and be done with this credit card since they have become a nightmare to deal with. Luckily I get a nice lady named Antoinette who told me go ahead and come into the branch local to me. I come into the branch , yay she's there, she calls the cc company phone number, she finally spoke with them, set up a payment to go through with them, got me a confirmation number, asked them if it was ok to use the debit card to make payments and said if they try the "it didn't go through because we don't have some #" business again to let her know and she would fix it. She was super nice and patient as we waited on the phone for someone from the CC company to help us, which took a while. Hopefully doing this will have solved the problem once and for all and I won't have to leave a follow-up as it will be resolved by having had her help me, and I don't plan on using that card for anything again and am considering writing a review on that CC company because of all this. Just for the record in case I wasn't clear, the cc company is not affiliated with wells fargo, it is one I signed up for while using a travel website a couple years back, it is affiliated with this travel-bargaining website and uses their name on the card although the bank that supplies the card has a different name than the travel-booking website. Note: get another credit card that has a real bank you can go to, not just a web address and phone number that from my experience, sounds like it is in some other country. The hassle and fees I paid from their screw ups with the bank numbers, and stress weren't worth whatever deal I got from them initially. Think twice before you go for one of these 'deals' . In any case, I'm grateful that Antoinette helped me and that she didn't just blow me off and say 'uh you have to fix this with them, we don't do that' or the panicky 'I don't know what I'm doing' type thing or 'oh no , I'm not selling anything to her, I'm just helping her, this sucks' the 'oh God, this is going to be a pain in the ..' or give me the look of 'it must be your fault, you probably screwed something up' look or the apathetic eye-rolling attitude you see in some employees these days, all of which I was afraid I was going to get having to deal with this annoying and ongoing problem with the credit card company. She didn't do any of that, was competent , professional and nice to boot. Usually you are lucky to get any of those things these days and only rarely all three. Hopefully her having dealt with them on the phone will solve this, I will leave a follow up , the CC company told her it would take a couple of business days to process.

I went in to get some cash the other saturday for a new shred stick. they asked me if i was interested in learning about some credit cards that have great benefits-i happened to be in the market to find a good cc. I said "sure". they were going to follow up with me but instead they did a hard credit check and signed me up for a wells fargo credit card. not good business practices

I've been to better Wells Fargos, but this one got the job done. I came in to get temporary checks, because I didn't have my check book with me. I was glad they offered that sort of thing, because it got me out of a bind. I needed to put a deposit down for something and didn't realize that a check was the best way to go. The process took less than 10 minutes and I was charged $3 for 3 checks. I was helped by a women who seemed to be new and somewhat frazzled with doing her tasks. I was patient with her and understood that sometimes people have off days. Overall I'm very glad there's a Wells Fargo in Pacifica and for those who might not know. It's conveniently located inside the Safeway market in the Linda Mar shopping center. Great job Wells Fargo!

A bank that's open on Sunday! I love it. Obviously it's a small branch. I don't go I'm there looking to refinance the house but being able to talk to a teller when I if my grocery shopping is a huge plus. Sure they are a corporate giant to Wall Street . I'd rather go to a small credit union, but they are open on Sunday!

I've been a longtime customer of a different national bank chain, and the service there has always been acceptable. But when I initially went into Pacifica's Wells Fargo, I was literally blown away by the friendliness of the service here. I haven't been here in a few weeks so unfortunately I can't remember the name of the very nice teller I always end up working with, but I was definitely impressed by almost everyone who I've been served by here. One woman was a little pushy about setting up a personal account (I was there on business for my employer) but other than that, it's been stellar. Since then, I've noticed that the customer service at other Wells Fargo chains is similarly quite friendly, so I guess I can chalk it partly up to their corporate training? Either way, I never dread doing banking now.

The staff here is always very helpful regarding any questions that I may have. Just knowledgeable in general unlike some other branches I've walked into. I have lost/damaged a few cards and the staff clears everything up in one visit and I'm off to the races again. They even offer to get me a temp ATM card. But I prefer to just keep cash in the meantime while my new card is on its way! Thank goodness for their hassle-free ATMs so I can do business when they are even closed at night while the store is open. I did have one machine chew up a paycheck deposit, which was a great topper to my day, but it was still able to be read by the checker.
