Then County Antique Fair Mall is the place you must visit if you're ever in Santa Clarita, SoCal.

“I can’t say enough positive things about Greg and this business. Clearly he’s been working with watches for many decades, so he’s like an encyclopedia of watch knowledge. Finding a good antique pocket watch repairman is worth its weight in gold and I am lucky to have found him. He did an excellent job replacing the crystal on my 1924 Rolex converted wristwatch, but I plan to bring it back to have him completely disassemble, clean, and relubricate the mechanism. He also said he could do the same on the 1906 Waltham that my grandfather gave me when I graduated high school. Armenian business. A+ service.”

“I highly recommend using Sheryl and Antiques on Magnolia. My family and I were faced with the emptying and sale of our dear aunt's residence of almost 60 years after she passed, and we didn't know where to start. The house was full of precious items, things to discard, years of memories, hundreds of questions we had and the ultimate goal to get it on the market quickly to sell. Sheryl came in and immediately took charge. Her knowledge of the items inside was impressive and showed her expertise in this business. We could see this was the answer to what we needed and it felt as if a HUGE burden was lifted off of our shoulders that would have taken us the rest of the year to do and who knows how we would have done it all? Sheryl scheduled our estate sale quickly and her amazing staff went to work in record time to organize, assess and run a most incredible estate sale. She kept in communication along the way and answered any questions we had. The marketing of the sale was off the charts with creative and inventive videos across social media that ultimately brough over 1000 people to the sale. AOM worked with the city for all permits needed and handled the weekend beautifully. At the end of the day, the estate made some money with an additional tax write-off as a wonderful charitable organization received remaining donations, and the house was left sparkling clean and completely EMPTY, ready for sale. If you are thinking of running your own estate sale, think twice and consider everything you would have to personally do to replicate a scenario like this. First, do you have the time, knowledge and people support to go through hundreds or thousands of items in your loved one's home to price and then sell? How do you get the word out? Are you able to manage hundreds of people coming through the house and do you even want to? How do you manage sales and monies? What do you do with everything that doesn't sell? The plans, the calls, the uncertainties, the logistics, the headaches, the decisions, the emotions, etc. I can confidently say the best thing to do if you are considering an estate sale is to honor the memory of your loved one and the times spent in the home, then do yourself a favor, hand over those keys to Sheryl and Antiques on Magnolia, relax and let go!”

“What a lovely place to shop for antiques and new merchandise as well. Got the cutest French dish towels for myself. So many dishes, pots, glasses, candles, furniture rugs and more. I was short on time so I couldn't go around the whole store but I'll be back soon to check it out. I'm looking for a small desk and a table for my kitchen, hopefully I'll find it here. Great location with parking in the rear, an attached coffee shop that serves amazing coffee and pastries.”
