So very helpful and easy!! My father sister and I went in wanting to switch carriers and the amazing employee Alexus i believe he goes by Alex too helped us. He was so incredibly helpful and informed. He basically explained 3 different plans since we each got 3 different phone upgrades. Skillfully multitasking making sure all of our questions were answered with patience and kindness. Thank you so much Alex your help was very much appreciated.
