Normally they would have put it in but because of social distancing they couldn't do it. The guy David in the web page was a great help. “The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”
“I Just stopped by here to purchase replacement windshield wipers for my vehicle. Benji helped me out and went above and beyond with his help and customer service. Not only did he help select the correct one, but he even came out into the rain to help replace the wipers as well. I highly recommended coming to this location for your vehicle needs!”

How hard is it to get apower steering belt for an 05 Scion Xb.? Extremely hard if you went to AutoZone. O'Reilly will be my go to place from here on in.”
“I was greeted when i came in by Cecilia. Cecilia was super helpful and patient with me. I needed a windshield wiper, but I had no idea which one I needed. It can be intimidating to walk into an auto parts store when you're clueless about what you need, but Cecilia was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. Great work! “Went to this location earlier today to check if they could help with replacing my headlight & tail light on the passenger side. Mya helped me initially and was great. She was helpful, honest and professional. She let me know I would have to seek additional help with the head light because it required extra equipment to reach, but she was nice enough to clean my headlights and check the tail ones for me. Getting it off was a little tricky so Javier came in to help us out. He was just as great! Javier got the last screw out for us and helped to finish the job in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very knowledgeable, fair and eager to assist however they can especially Mya & Javier! Thanks to them my light is fixed and I have a sense of relief while driving. Thank you both, & thanks O’Reilys!”

“After visiting several AutoZones trying to find last-minute tire chains/cables for my particular tire-size, these guys had exactly the one for my car, and even had some other hard-to-find parts that I've been looking for. And it was cheap! AutoZone wanted me to go 3 hours away for $160 chains, O'Reilly had the same for $40.”

“I went here to buy new batteries for my power wheelchair. I had called almost every battery place in the valley for prices and Kem Battery-Shalom was by far the cheapest. But how are the batteries? Excellent batteries with a 6 month warranty. The customer service is fantastic and Oleg is a very nice and knowledgable man who helped me quite a bit. This is kind of a backyard store.....think Sanford & Son but the products and service are devine! Can't take the sun? Wear a hat and sunglasses. Once you shop here for batteries, it's not necessary to go anywhere else.”
