The reason for 2 stars is because the representative that was helping us was on his phone watching TikTok videos while he was helping us. He didn't even know that we saw him, which goes to show how much attention he paid to us.

The people who assisted me did not give me the product at the pick-up. I did not have my document because I lost it and it was the only one I had. I thought they did not give it to me because they had to scan it. But they didn't really give it to me because they wanted to see it. There was no need to scan it so this place is not recommended at all or at least the customer service because in the end The products are needed and the staff is very bad

Worst store and company ever, been calling to make an appointment for car alarm service that got installed at this location and seems like no one at this store ever picks up the phone, they keep transferring and transferring and no one seems to care to pick up. Definitely won’t be back to this or any other Best Buy again.

Don’t go to this store. Rachel the store manager won’t let you return ANY expensive item unless you bought it there. Juan the Geek Squad Lead Car Audio installer won’t do the free install unless you’re bringing in a newer car with zero damage to the trim.

Poor customer service. No help after asking for 30 min. All employees standing around and doesn’t seem to want to help us. The only person that approached us was the security that was suspicious because we were standing around.
