Stephanie Garcia the manager did a great job assisting us, we had a bit of a back and forth because I needed to communicate exactly what my uncle needed. She helped us getting a transaction history and what we needed. Thank you Stefany great customer service took 20 minutes and we were on our way.

In this bank the ATM has bad service all the time, I don't understand why they don't do anything to solve the problem until when will it continue like this?
