In general, all pharmacies give very bad service, very slow and most of the time they tell you that your order is not ready,,,, but Costco pharmacies are definitely terrible and their employees are inept, not to mention ?

Today, April 24, 2024, at 11:24 am I received the most traumatic, rude customer service by Lani P. She was my cashier & was just very bitter & rude to me throughout my whole transactions. First, she had an attitude with me when I told her I needed to make 2 transactions, one resale & one for an ebt purchase. She was very mad about filing out the resale form. Once that transaction was done, she proceeded with the ebt transaction, mind you still very rude & had a stank face through it all. Once done scanning, she then asked to see the ebt card (this has never happened to me before) & said I wouldn't' be able to use it because its not under my name. Mind you, its my daughters who is also on this membership & was in the RESTROOM .She then said, "are you gonna be able to afford to pay for all this without ebt or should i void?' She said it in such a degrading condescending way. i was SHOCKED! i then told her no its fine, I can afford my $260 worth of groceries. Paid for my groceries & left devastated. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Avoid cashier LANI P. at all cost, such a rude bitter individual

Some Costco female employees seem to see this job as more of a place to stand around with there ass sticking out while holding there vest in there hand trying to look all cute instead doing there job properly and paying attention to who is and isn't supposed to be in the self check out lanes than forced me to use my personal membership card for an insta cart transaction instead of addressing that I need to go to a regular register to do the instacart transaction I'm new to doing instacart and did t know that I couldn't do my purchase through self check out or I would of simply left to another register but however when I went to return those purchases because of an in app issue the manager at the return desk chose to point fingers at me and said that I! ME! THAT I WAS IN HERE THIS MORNING ALREADY TRYING TO DO THE SAME THING WITHOUT FIRST VERIFYING THAT IT WAS EVEN ME WHO CAME IN ALREADY TO TRY AND REFUND than she expected me not to get mad because she just accused me of already being somewhere I wasn't she physically hand my receipt in her hand which shows a purchase time of 17:36 military time which is equivalent to 5:36 and I was there trying to return at like 5:50 or so never having even left the parking lot and never even knew where the return desk was i literally had to ask the girl at the front entrance where it was cause I've never returned anything before and all the manager did was tell me i couldn't do anything about the return because of something one of her employees allowed a paying customer who literally said to two different employees in self check out that I'm doing a insta cart order when asked for my membership to scan and they both just said oh ok never mind then you're good and continued to let me proceed to self check out when they should of told me to go to another register and the the manager tried making it seem like if I was or the person on my app who's order needed canceling that I was returning was doing Edd fraud but even if she was she was making it seem like I was part of it when I'm nothing more than an insta cart shopper trying to do my job since recently being fired and this being my only form of income and I feel like it's unfair as a customer coming in to a store just trying to do his job get treated like I'm at fault and wrong for actions I'm innocent of As a manager it shouldn't be hard to have a stand up meeting or direct message information there employee staff that Instacart customers need to used regular check out registers things would be a little easier but I'm pretty sure she acted out the way she did because she was profiling me by the way I looked and I found that very disrespectful and so disrespect got disrespect back and she didn't like it I came in with nothing but respect and just tried to do a simple return and didn't get the same respect back from the manager this happened 04/10/2024 roughly around 5:50-6:20pm at the return desk very inappropriate behavior coming from a manager unfortunately i didn't get her name but I appreciate the other women at the return desks who were being nice and respectful and just simply communicating with me instead of making me look bad for no apparent reason and expect me not to act out on it.

If you've been here you know. My friend gave me envy with the other guys and their scan and go system. It's going in for one thing and leaving with a receipt a mile long. I love the tasting stations (more of that please) I wish there was one the floor customer service and more showcasing new or seasonal products. Do I go in with a budget of $100 and leave spending $600... yes. But I'm sure that's a me thing Have fun and get your bulk buying going.

Before attempting to write this review I noticed I have 74 checkins for this Costco location. Since this location opened my parents and I have been very happy as it is very local and very convenient. Our previous location had terrible parking situation and never seemed to be a good time to go. (this is still true) Now that we have the Pacoima location, there are good and better times to visit. Costco has to be the best place to go to stock up on necessities, food for now or later, and other goodies. Parking: large private lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

The workers on the sales floor are excellent but the management with the exception of the GM; is preposterous they're antagonistic condescending and arrogant, I've overheard them badmouth customers behind their backs and seen them mistreat workers just to pump their egos. Those people need to get replaced ASAP

This based on the pizza pickup. Called earlier in the week for our school to get 12 pizzas at 11:30. Showed up and they weren't ready. There were other schools waiting, too. Not cool. We were told realistically, over an hour before ready. Had to leave.

I've been shopping at Costco for over 20 years. I moved to the San Fernando area and shop at Pacoima Costco for the past seven years. My first horrid experience occurred summer 2023. I was shopping there and say a wood table for my partner, who is a caucasian American man. We had been looking for a new table for his dining room for some time. We saw the wood tables at the Northridge Costco and really liked them. I was at Costco on a Sunday by myself doing my normal Sunday weekly shopping and Costo Pacoima had the table on discount, floor model, as one (actually two) of the chairs were missing. I measured it and took pictures and sent them to my partner. He wanted to purchase it. The only problem is that I was in my minivan and had no way to transport them. I told my partner I would purchase them now and ask Costco to hold them for one and a half hours, the time it would take my partner to arrange pickup. I went to check out my usual items and then spoke to the customer rep who then directed me to the rep in the closet by the stairs. I explain to her my situation. I would purchase them NOW and pick them up within two hours as I arranged pickup. She said she would talk to her manager and went upstairs to do so. In the meantime, I called my partner and explained everything. He was anxious and did not see that any of this was a problem and why the rep had to even ask the manager as I was going to purchase the item right then and there. But, I explained to him that I wanted to be sure they would hold it as he arranged for pickup. The rep came downstairs and started explaining the situation to me. She tells me flat out "NO!" I could not purchase it and hold it for two hours for pick up. I asked her if she was sure that it was not possible and she said no it is not possible. The moment I purchased it, I would have to take it. and since I was not going to take it right away, they could not hold it for two hours. I again told her that I would purchase it right now! She said that it didn't matter and that they would NOT hold it for me. I called my partner and explained what she was saying. He hung up and called the store and asked if they had the table and that he was interested in purchasing it. He said that he would come to the store within FIVE(not two) hours to pick it up and asked if they would hold it. They tell him YES, for sure. No problem! As I am walking out the store, my partner calls me to tell me what just happened. I am livid. I asked him did he tell them I was with him. He said no! I just asked to purchase the table and told them I would pick it up around 1 pm. I couldn't believe it. How could they not sell it to me when I was in the store checking out goods and willing to purchase it on the spot? Yet, he calls and they hold it for him for five hours. literally! WHY? First. This review is for the tire center only. Compared to the Santa Clarita tire center, this one gets five stars as opposed to zero stars for Santa Clarita. When I took my care in this morning, Alejandro and the receptionist were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't require an appointment but said to be there before 12 noon which I was. It took them one hour to provide excellent service. I had taken my car for rebalancing and rotation to Santa Clarita three times already for a persistent vibration which one Steve working at Santa Clarita had caused. With one visit today to Pacoima's Costco, the problem was resolved. Very satisfied with the service Alejandro provided. As to Santa Clarita, something has changed over the past five years. The whole crew at Santa Clarita tire center should be replaced.

Optometrist Dr. Shad Saremi & Karla + Team First experience with Costco: Wow, the service was welcoming and very helpful. Terms and questions answered in simplest terms. Fast yet detailed exams, glasses turned out great! Prices are, without a doubt, the lowest I have ever encountered. Thank you, COSTCO TEAM.

This Costco location is my very favorite. Burbank is a closer location for me, but the parking and location in general is too packed for me. This Costco is more low key, and I can always find parking right away, even on the weekend. If you're coming from the la crescenta/la canada location, give this place a shot, esp if you prefer a more chill shopping experience.
