I came into this store with a huge problem with my phone company. Thanks to the great customer service and knowledge of how to help me the switch from prior phone company was easy. So thank you Alexandra and Carol for the amazing team work the both of you provided. I will definitely be recommending your services to all my family and friends. Personally I love my Cricket wireless dealer. I'm not trapped into a contract and they actually treat me like a neighbor rather than a customer. They may not have an immensely large selection of phones but I'm one of the few people in the world that use my phone for it's actual purpose. They will be my ONLY go to store for phone service.

Horrible customer service there are two associates there that I’ve spoken to and there so rude the both of them on two separate occasions did not even try to help there answer for everything was call customer care. If I c an give this location zero stars I would. They need better management skills.

Was iffy going in due to reviews but I just went in to get some help and they left such a good impression I just had to share it the guy with long hair , I think the manager and girl with green hair were so helpful ended up getting a charger . Old reviews don’t do them justice recommended and will be coming back

Purchased some headphones(wireless ones) and they are great. Work great. Staff great! Such a much better atmosphere in the store that before. Way better, its very welcoming now. Everyone is very kind and polite. Mr. Adolfo helped me with the purchase and he was very professional and polite. Great attitude and very helpful. I asked which were the best in his opinion and he gave his honest opinion and that is what you want when making a purchase. I would definitely recommend everyone to check out the store and see the nice change. 1000% better than before, I was here 3 months ago and it was an unwelcoming feeling and now that has totally changed. It's brighter in the store as well.

Very helpful staff. Setting up my service was really quick and easy to do definitely recommend coming here with any phone troubles, questions, or concerns. Staff was very informative about differences in each phone.

bad customer service, manager and employees don't even know how to do a simple transfer of a number. Instead of helping me I was rigged into getting another number did not need and still had problems with the phone. please train better

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Most unhelpful and rude staff. I went in for help on a trouble shoot and they wont even give you a second look because you're not going in to buy. The guy working wouldn't even look at my phone just told me he couldn't help me and that was that. There are so many other locations better than this one.

Thank you Daisy for being so kind and patient the first time coming to the cricket store (12/26/21). Unfortunately I had to go back because the phone i bought wasn't working well (1/2/22) and got the complete opposite experience with the "manager Rebecca", awful personality and costumer service. Pleas stop being rude to customers, not a cool way to start the 2nd day of the year
