I called ahead to confirm availability and pricing for Michelin Defender LTX tires for my Cadillac Escalade. I was quoted $100 per tire over the phone, but when I arrived, the price had jumped to $120, with the explanation that the extra $20 was for installation and balancing. This was never mentioned during my call.
To me, that’s misleading and not transparent. If I hadn’t lived nearby, it could have been a big waste of time and gas driving all the way here under false expectations. Businesses should be upfront about their full pricing, including installation, so customers can make an informed decision before showing up.

Called 10 places prior to finding this spot. The other tire shops didn’t carry tires for our EV9 but this place had it in stock and said they can fix the tire or change it in less than 20min. We were in and out fast and they were very helpful! Definitely recommend if you have tire trouble or a flat and need a change right away and are in the San Fernando valley area.

Had a blowout on the way from Arizona, and they put a decent used tire on my rim for a reasonable price. Though everyone I spoke with said it should have been about 25 cheaper!? still, they got me in and out pretty quick, and it was a very hot day, so I was grateful for that they checked all my other tires. I was happy with the service
