I had a blow out and called and they said they have a used one for 60.... I've never paid so much for a tire that looked like it was a slick with no tread. I seen that and said there's no way I'm paying $60 for a used tire with no trade. So I said I have no problem paying more money for a better looking used tire with at least half the trade or a little less. But supposedly that was the only size they had used. They said they had a new tire that was 150 and another one $135 I got looking at the other tire and seen that I was going to need a total of two instead of one so I said I'll buy two cut me a deal I have no problem paying. Bring me two tires that are new they looked like they were halfway new with new stickers on them but they were different sizes and they were trying to tell me that is okay to put two different size tires on either the front or the rear I said no way if you're going to put two different sizes on they have to match either the two front after match or the two rear have to match You can't have one tire on the front that's one size and another tire on the front that's a different size. And besides I don't know what kind of tires they run on their cars but on my Audi you got me messed up. So I said that's fine take the jack out put the spare tire back on I'll go elsewhere and the older guy that was there out of the two guys said no trying to tell me that I had to pay him or he wasn't putting my car down I told him you got the right one today.. I don't know who you think I am but I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty I know how to work on my cars so I took the jack out myself and was getting ready to put my spare back on. The younger one was more helpful and tried to be helpful but did not have the right tires so I still tip the man $20..
The older gentleman stole my center cap off of my rim and I would greatly appreciate it back. But it's okay I know it was hot but very very bad customer service and the older guy acted like a child...Highly recommend TLC tires they will quick with good quality tires and very very professional...

Very nice people but most importantly great workers who know what they are doing and talking about. Changed all my 4 tires fairly quickly for new ones at a very reasonable price and I left there shop with a great experience & a happy customer. I defenitely recommend them to anyone, I for sure will go back if an issue occurs due to my car. Thank you for good service.

came in to get my some new wheels installed with tires, when they were removing my wheel, they sheared off the head of the lug causing my lug to get stuck. My wheel was stuck and was not coming off, they told me that i had the wrong lugs and blamed it on me. They did not want to fix it and tried to send me over next door to get it fixed.

Got a tire plugged with these guys about 2 weeks ago. Initially got qouted $20, but then told me a patch is the same price which didnt make sense since a patch is better. they ended up charging $15. Customer service was good but the plug didnt even last more than 2 weeks. They are supposed to last several years so they did a cheap rush job on my tire which resulted in poor results. He didnt even remove the tire to put it in water to check for air leakage after finishing the plug. So thats why i gave them 1 star.

I was looking for shop opened on a Sunday (my tire gave on the fwy) and I saw Johny's shop with 5 stars. I thought maybe he'll be ok. This shop is better than ok! First, Carlos took a call and actually gave me prices on line. He told meTo come on in. He was very honest and didn't try to up sell me. I had done my research and when he checked out my tires, he told me exactly what I already knew and that was so refreshingThat he wasn't adding issues to what I already had. He said it would take about an hour for all four tires (which wasn't bad) and ended up only taking 40 minutes. I really enjoyed working with him. It was courteous and prompt service. I highly recommend this shop!

My 2 front tires had little thread life left, but my back tires had a lot left. I didn't want to replace all 4. I went to other tire shops and they were quoting over $400 to replace 2 tires. I took my car to Johny's tire and got a great value on 2 used tires. They offered me some water and there's no sales pressure here, just quality service. I don't leave a lot of comments on businesses, but this one deserves praise.

Always come here for my tire replacements. Great service with great prices. They even clean and shine the tires I dont get replaced.
