Going midweek with an appointment scheduled. I was disappointed to know that I would have to wait through three haircuts before the stylist would be able to see me. I heard good things about the place, but if you can't keep an appointment or communicate about a delay then there's room for improvement.

Very friendly staff. Tere was the one who cut my hair and she has very gentle hands and super friendly! I will be coming back to cut my hair with her.

If I could I would put a -0 stars . My experience here was far below standards from sanitation to customer service... I was there 6 hours long trying to get done a hair color I was PROMISED by Juanita (owner) to get for $230 so I went for it, got there at 11am (appointment) and wasn't attended til almost 12 noon. I had black hair and was going in to get my hair bleached and walk out from there with streaks of blonde, copper, grey & white hair and to top it off black streaks!!! Nothing for what I paid for!! And still gave her a $20 tip (my dumbass) long story short I was not satisfied and reached out to her politely to get my money back and she kept saying to go in and she can fix it , but just like anyone else who would go back to the same person that f'd up your hair the first time .. right?! So she didn't want to refund me completely and out of the $250 she only gave me back $125!! I hope Yelp gets to upload the expectations vs reality and you guys would see how my hair is... so disappointed and should've done my research on this place.. they have EXPIRED products they use and sell!! Very dirty place to be in and not friendly at all!!! I regret going here so much!!

Juanita's is a wonderful place. They have 4 bueaticans that are wonderful they work on children men and women. Prices are great. Quality of work is excellent. Vibes are excellent too. It's small but there awesome. Please try they except walkins but appointments are recommended.

I love this place. I only let 2 people cut my hair, and this place is one of them. It's a lot to take in at once, but they got quick service, cheap prices, friendly staff, basically everything. 10/10 will always keep coming back

I have very curly hair and it's hard to find someone who knows how to work with curly hair since this place had 5 stars at one point so I gave them a try 1st was great hit what I wanted I was getting for grey hairs so I wanted something with time to blend in with and also my daughter about 4 months later we went back for a touch my daughter was great but my hair was something else she made me more blonde I left there crying how can I go from grey to blonde YES BLONDE!!!!! With time it calmed down a bit but the 3rd and the very last time I will ever go back I was warned after referring a friend informed me of what happened to her the same person that did mine and my daughters hair burned my friend and no remorse what's so ever from the lady nor from the owner so when I went on my very last time she was really rough combing my hair like I did something wrong to her after two months later I was getting ready for work I noticed that some of my hair looked funny like if my hair fell off that's when I realized that the blonde areas that she bleached my hair broke and she didn't even tell me of what happened now I realized now that my hair must have broke when she was combing my hair out that chunks must have been on her comb and probably panicked when she saw it and hid my hair.... I didn't notice it until now because before since my hair is curly it blended in well and I did take vitamins for my hair I noticed it... I have to use Bobby pins to keep the short hairs down and just have to wait for my hair to grow out

All the Ladies at this salon were super nice! I got seen right away and loved how my hair turned out. They use great quality products and know how to handle thick unruly wavy hair like mine :)

I love my hair !! The hairstylist who attended me today revived my hair !! I haven’t felt it this soft in YEARS. I have finally found my permanent hair salon. Not to mention, my eyebrow wax experience was great. She took her time and the results amazed me.
