Now this isn’t my first rodeo— I’ve done medium sized projects around my own home where I hired and managed individual tradesmen myself and I’ve done big projects where I took a house down to studs with a contractor— so I went into this project hoping for the best and braced for the worst.This is where the exceeds expectations comes in. Working with Better Together is what you hope renovating your home will be like— they are organized, communicative, professional, and personable. From the owner to each tradesman, everyone is doing their job the way its supposed to be done.Most of my interaction was with my project manager Yael. If I went into this project bracing for my stress to shoot to a 10, Yael neutralized nearly all of it. She was straightforward, prompt in communicating, super organized, and gave me great design advice. And most importantly, she was an advocate for me— if I asked for something, no matter how small, she was on it. If there was a problem, she was on it. “Gigantic selection of nice natural stone, composite and everything in between. They sell mostly by the slab, but they do have a small selection of remnants and partial slabs you can look through. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, didn't try to push us into anything, when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he even invited us to look at some of the nearby competitors (we came back though). They were also helpful connecting us to an installer. Highly recommend.”

“If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too...”
“We found Polaris online and looked at all the vanity and fixtures they had great selection and variety of styles. So we went to the Show Room and it exceeded our expectation. We were immediately greeted by Sandra. She was very courteous. she was also very knowledgeable . We ended up buying two vanities, which will be picking up in a month .most of their vanities are ready within a week. Also I've decided when we decide to redo our kitchen I'm definitely getting my cabinets at Polaris . they made us feel at ease, and they really helped us to pick the best vanities. they also have a great selection of tiles and flooring and fixtures.”

“Had a great experience with these guys so thought it was worth sharing. Needed to get 2 bathrooms remodeled as well as put new flooring down in the house. Once I got started and saw the quality of work being done it was easy to add a few little things to the job and Isaac and his team rolled with the flow. I ended up making one shower area larger (which meant busting into another bedroom) but the team did so with relative ease. We also redid cabinetry and repainted all interior so once new flooring went in...this was a brand new home.It's simply nice to have a team keep lines of communication open each day and actually finish a project at the time and price we locked in. “We recently had our front bathroom and kitchen totally remodeled by Tile and Stone Connection. Andy and his crew were exceptionally careful in all their work. The tile is both places is perfection as well as the installation of the latest style cabinets and fixtures. Extra plumbing and electrical work was needed, and they did an excellent job insetting the appliances. Andy was always available for questions and returned calls very quickly if we had a problem. They were always neat and clean in the work area of the house, so we were able to continue living there. They also put in extra time and energy to ensure that we had the work done before Christmas.
