“It was actually one of the few pretty decent coin up launders we have been too. We were just visiting this city for a sports tournament and had to clean my son's muddy uniforms pretty quickly. Soooo many options for washers. Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine. You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it. Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card. Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again. You should be able to return the card and get the balance back! This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam. lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back. Sounds good to know Michele will help me but I don't know her and she didn't make herself known when I was there. No worries, I am not one of your consistent customers. You have a fantastic facility and my review would probably be different if this was some where I frequent. 4.5 stars...give them your business friends!”

“We've been customers for 22 years. What's great about Border Bros is tgeir ability to provide specialty servies.
Several times Border Bros was the only place that could fix things no one else could.
Because they are used to doing horse saddle repairs and heavy leather work, they were able to fix rips in tents and canopis that others were not able to do.
I'm not happy that they discontinued the Entertainment Industry discount. It slightly dulled the expense of the drive from where we live.”

“I've been coming to this laundry mat for some time now. Both me and my boyfriend for about some years now. Needed a new place closest to home to wash and when I was recommend this place I figured it be like any basic landrymay. Boy was I wrong and glad for that. First off, the fact the machines use reloading cards instead of quarters, blessed! I came in the first time with so many quarters it was a hassle but to use a place where I just place a card and bam, machine paid. No more fumbling with coins is amazing. 2nd. This place is always so clean and though I've frequented this establishment for years I have yet to learn the maintenance ladies names. Honorary shout out to them. They the best.
3rd: it's so rare to see any of the machines broken and if there is it's usually 1 machine out of all of them that are there and it doesn't hinder the flow of the service. Love it.
4th: at one point I had noticed the price for machines go up. At first it upset me and though oh well let me go somewhere else "cheaper". I was humbled instantly. I said I never wanted to fumble with quarters and here I went going somewhere else only to have my clothes not dry properly and the machines felt weird and fumbling with coins. Never betraying this place again!!!
This place is "small" and quaint. It's clean and well serviced. Everyone that frequents is mindful and nice and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend.”

“I have been coming to this laundry mat for years. Im here doing laundry and Hector is the best. He helped me with my laundry and even told me how to do my laundry with the best results. I love his hospitality and how helpful he is with me and other customers. He was so helpful and courteous. I will be coming more often. The reason why i come here is to do the mats for the bathroom and the dogs blankets and her bed. Their machines are big and clean so well. I love this laundromat. If anyone is in Sylmar this is the laundromat that you should come to. I also wanted to add that I think you need to have some of the dryers to be checked on because the heat wasn't hot it didn't dry my blankets and mats for the bathroom so well. I put 24 mins and it didn't dry it, it was still damp. I just went yesterday and it was good. The specials that they have are only on Wednesday and Friday from 1p to 6p. I think they should have one in the mornings because we have to pick up kids around that time. I feel like you guys should have 2 days special but in the morning too. By 2 days i mean like Wednesday and Friday or whatever days in the mornings.”
