Visited this Lowe's today 7/16/25 around 7pm and we were trying to purchase a product that was at home Depot but for a lower price. Lowes says they have a price match policy, but when we requested it at the garden center in checking out, the cashier wouldn't uphold it. After I left, I called the store phone number and they stated that I would have had to go to the customer service desk, but the cash share at the garden center did not state that. I let the person on the phone know and they stated that not all staff may be aware. They did not seem to have much customer service at the forefront of their business and did not give any care.

Me and my husband asked for help multiple times-three times to be exact-and no one came to assist us.
The staff completely ignored us. Very disappointed with the service. We won't be coming back.

Really bad service in paint went to register asked 2 times yo send someone waited 15 min tl open paint gate and no one came to help decided tl leave.

Last summer 2024 my Mom bought a fridge and attempted to purchase a stove from Lowes. After much back and fourth for ALMOST THREE MONTHS in which we went without a stove and were promised they would be able to install the stove which they didn't they attempted to still charge her for returning the it.
One of the male employees who initially tried to help her was very kind, warm and helpful to her.
Managment and customer service on the other hand was very rude, dismissive, short and cold towards her.
I would never shop here again.
Get new managment and actually help your customers.
She was very excited about getting new appliances and you ruined her spark and experience.

It's impossible to get help here in the morning ! It was 6:06am and the doors weren't even open I literally watched a customer pry the doors open himself , then I tried to walk in and the doors almost shut on my arm??? The only person who really helped was Christian , I couldn't get any help in the spray paint section ! Thank you Christian for your amazing customer service your the only one that helped me , everyone else was standing around .

It's a really big place but everyone is willing to help you find the things you need. I needed some spray paint to fix up our grill and someone came to help within 10 seconds of pressing the button.

I bought a Hisense portable air conditioner from this Lowe's location. It is a piece of junk it's giving me nothing but problem since I purchased it. I tried to return it within the 30-day return policy and they will not accept my return. I had to call my credit card company to put a stop payment on the issue. I will never shop at Lowe's for anything ever again in my whole life. They are a terrible organization.

Was a beautiful store when it was built a few yrs ago but not anymore, I'm a regular Lowe's customer and will not return here for anything very rude cashier and the store was a Damm mess and it was so nice before

Very bad experience, especially with the woman who is in the returns department, even though she speaks Spanish all the time, she spoke to me in English and did not want to return my money for a tool that returned.
I will never shop at that store again.
