Set up a first time appointment in early july, they called me when they were about to close about canceling my appointment the next day. When I called, I was told to call back. It's doing business hours. I did call call back the next day during business hours to set up a new appointment with the next available as soon as possible.And they gave me another 5to 6 weeks to wait. I was canceled by thrm not the other way around , you would thing they would understand and make it up somehow. Not a single care or we are sorry, rude on the phone and no understanding. I should have seen the 2 star red flags sooner.

They close at 5:30. I called at 5:30pm and it went through but no one answered. I called again and the recorder changed and said they were closed. The least this place can do is at least put the time they close, can’t even do that correctly. Smh. This is why I hate trying to book an appointment with this place. Not my fault I work all day and that’s the only time I can call to make an appointment.

Truthfully, I don’t even attend this clinic. I only arrived because they have a foundation lab. I spoke with someone from the laboratory to obtain my lab results. They said that I can come by between 1230 to 130 when I arrived. The front desk was very rude. I asked her if I can leave a message or a note to the indicated person in foundation lab. It’s not right that I had to go out of my way during my work time to pick up these results and they were not even open From the time indicated
It does not surprise me the very low reviews.

Very bad service at this clinic, both the resectionists provide very poor service, always in a bad mood, that clinic never has appointments, according to the fact that it is my children's primary pediatrician and they can never attend when my children need it. Today they did not even want to take care of one of my children when they had already told me that they could take care of him, they made my husband come with the child to come to the office and tell him that they could no longer take care of him and they just made him go and arrive there. the clinic has to be told no more... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL. IT SPURS STAFF GARBAGE... very poor quality, they don't even deserve a star.

Wow! Feels like a prison or military base. As soon as I got in, no one greeted me. There was a pice of paper in the front with names and date of birth on it. Since that was the only paper there and no one acknowledged me, I put my name down. A lady came out and asked if I had an appt. I said yes. She ask my name and I told her. She went back inside and left me on the lobby. The rude woman at the window asked if I had an appt. Again, I told her yes at 330p. I told her I signed into the only paper on the counter. She then cut me off and with an attitude said, "well you should have talked to me first." The audacity of this idiot!! I immediately told her to cancel my appointment because she had a rude bad attitude. Someone needs to check that little girl in the front! Lol!

This place is not a medical office that wants to help people or cares about your health even slightly. This is an office that CONDUCTS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY and doesn’t conform to HIPPA regulations.
They told me their policy is to have patients come back 2 weeks after getting blood drawn and pay for an office visit (aka a co pay and they bill your insurance for the rest). Clearly, this is done to get more or your money because what’s changed initially isn’t enough. Pure greed, but fine that’s your policy / I won’t partake in it. So then I said I won’t be coming in for my results and instead I want my medical records ie my blood work just given to me. I was told by the office manager I cannot get them (MY OWN BLOOD RESULTS) unless I come and pay for an office visit. Clearly the staff isn’t familiar with HIPPA regulations and are only taught to lie and deceive patients. Well, they came across the wrong person because I called the medical board on them. Per medical board: they have a right to the policies, but a patient has a right to their medical records any time they want without being forced to come in and to be charged for it. If I don’t get my medical records as soon as they are available I will be filing a medical board complaint - which honestly I might still do. Right away at the beginning of my appointment they kept trying to refer me to an eye doctor when I never told them I had eye issues or complained about my eyes. So I think this office is also taking kick backs. Totally illegal. Lastly, I made an appointment for a PHYSICAL - I said it many times over the phone, which they didn’t schedule - and charged me a co pay for a regular office visit I wasn’t supposed to even pay. I won’t calm down until they make it right. To all the PATIENTS: KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO GET YOUR MEDICAL RESULTS if that’s all you want. If they tell you otherwise they are LYING to get your money. Shame on this horrible office

I came to this office with my 4 children to get blood work done for two of my kids. When I walked in the lady in the front told me that me and my kids needed face mask so I kindly asked for 5 mask. I was told they didn’t have mask so I drove a mile away and bought 5 mask. I get back to the office and sign my two kids in and while I’m waiting to be called back I see two families walk in WITHOUT mask. I waited for about 5 min and NOBODY said anything to them regarding them needing a face mask. Finally my family gets called to the back and while I’m in the back a Dr walks by and he can see that my youngest daughter’s mask broke. He offered my daughter a new one. He went to a room and got her mask. This is the same office that told me that “ they didn’t have mask “. I have never in my life been treated this way! I don’t mind following rules but rules should apply to everyone not just the African American family.

front desk workers would rather you die than see a doctor. they work very insufficiently. waiting an entire month just to see a doctor about a reoccurring condition is insane. hire new people! people who care about helping the sick because clearly these people do not!

Dr James has been very helpful, she seems overworked. The staff is sometimes good, it sometimes is difficult getting an appointment. Covid is currently a factor. As to type of care, I have gotten all the referrals I needed for tests which I very much appreciate.

We came here for lab work it was the closest to home and the front lady at the desk to the left said we needed a mask and I said I'm sorry i don't have any and she was like well you need one. I asked for one and she said she didn't have any. A couple minutes later someone else showed up she told him the same thing and he said he didn't have one but she gave him one. She acts like she's the one who pays for them so sad

I would give zero stars if I could. This office is very incompetent. They took my appointment and had me do blood work only to tell me one month later that they don’t accept my insurance. Medi-cal set me up with this office, it wasn’t even my choice. So I guess the system messed up? First time that’s ever happened. Usually they won’t assign you a doctor who doesn’t take your insurance. Couldn’t use the referral they gave me because it’s for an insurance I don’t have. Refused to give me my blood work results because they don’t take my insurance lol WHY’D THEY TAKE MY APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Literally wasted my time. A real joke. The doctor they referred me to has horrible reviews on google too. So thanks for nothing, I’ll find my own doctors with PPO.
