“For the past four years, this company has always come through. Only once did I notice a box had been opened and redone with clear tape; all the items were accounted for. I noticed that the amount of tape and reinforcement used made a difference in the security of my boxes (the last one I sent did not have the same amount of tape). Delays were experienced due to customs once the box was already in the country. I never had to make a claim, a clear sign of their commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a missing parcel that had been stuck in transit with no updates for days. After getting nowhere online, I came into the branch hoping for some clarity—and that’s when I met Victor, the branch manager. Victor was not only professional but genuinely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen, pulled up the tracking information, and made several calls on my behalf to locate the package. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, we were able to track it down and get it moving again. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares and follows through. Victor turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Huge thanks to him and the team at this location—your help made all the difference!”
