This year I asked for neon colors for my logo. I was never told "We don't have that. And, sorry, we can't do that." and so I settled for the "almost what you want" colors. The embroidery was great and had 2 out 5 of the neon colors. The printing had 1 out of 5 of the colors. I asked for poly-cotton tshirts. I got 100% cotton tshirts. Again, I want to point out that I came into the shop to look for the right shirts on his computer and he knew that I wanted poly-cotton as I knew they would shrink but for some reason, either we picked what visually looked good or, he bought the product and it came in as the wrong order (100% cotton). Predicatably, they shrunk a lot and my logo printing is also predictably wrinkly. Regarding the jackets - again, I asked for a particular jacket but was shown another jacket, more than what I was planning to spend but a beautiful one. He even had me try it on (using another client's jacket that had been done). It was a Large and slightly too small so I decided I had better get XL's done on my jackets since I am an average size. I got my finished product and found myself swimming in the XL. I brought it to his attention. I obeserved the new Large jacket sleeves to be 1" longer when layed flat on top of the actual coat that I had been given (and tried on) to see if it would fit. I brought it to him and he layed the jackets on top of each other, folded the sleeve over to then show me it was ONLY 1/2" off (not, 1" like I had observed, not laying it flat, just as though one would hold the arms out straight) and he was going give me a discount on any future The new LARGE actually fit perfectly. The problem is that a majority of my jackets were ordered EXTRA LARGE. So, my plan to sell these has officially changed based on the fact that I will not be able to sell these easily, at all. I will have to gift these and will do the same for the tshirts. That's thousands of hard-earned product. Lastly, I put my order in in the middle of December. He called just after Christmas and told me he was on his way to the doctor because he might be having a heart attack. This was startling news for me and I waited a week or two to contact him again. I hope he and his family healthy. He is very, very nice. I appreciate all of the work that was done. The printing quality was great. Unfortunately, I will finding someone else to get my printing done due to the above.
