“Many great finds here but you need patience to go through the overstuffed racks. It feels a bit dusty in there and my allergies tend to flare up. I also wish they didn’t staple the price tag directly on the clothes. I’ve passed up a lot of items because of the holes the staples cause.”

“this is the place. it feels like an upscale store, super clean, organized and when i went they were playing classical music :,) the pieces are so well taken care of, and everything was 50% off! then - i looked at the prices and they are so FAIR for the very upscale pieces they have. i found a $550 veronica beard sweater for 30 DOLLARS! it was definitely my win for the day. the two women who run the shop are so kind, friendly, and actually take the time to share what the shop is all about and where the proceeds go. will definitely be back!”

“Overall, a good Goodwill. It was well organized, tidy, nothing on the floor, and I found some really nice jeans. The service was fantastic and they were so nice. The only downside is that they don't have fitting rooms, but I know most Goodwill stores don't. Oh the guy in the donations area was also really nice.”

“PROS: I have been here a few times and I was always able to find something that I really like and good quality for a great deal. The manager and the staff are always super friendly and helpful and everything is super organized for such a small store. They deserve a shout out!
CONS: If you hate crowds like I do. DO NOT come here during sales weekend. I came around noon on a Friday and almost everything is gone. There are tons of people cramming in a small store trying to hunt for deals so they ran out of cart quickly. Not ideal but I decided to park my cart outside of the rows so I don’t block people. Then a lady just EMPTIED my cart and TOOK my shopping bag while I was going through the racks! Thankfully, I was able to find her, got my bag back and found the items just tossing on the nearby rack where I left the cart. Knock a star off because of this.
P/s: If you’d like to go through the shoes bins. Bring gloves. Street parking only (with meters).”

I found an amazing mid-century modern chair that was reasonably priced. The shop is small but well-organized, so it's easy to browse. If you love thrifting for one-of-a-kind pieces, this place is a goldmine.”
“This is one of the largest Goodwill stores I have visited. The store was well-organized, and everything I looked at had a price tag. They offer a wide selection of women's clothing. I purchased a couple of sweaters that were in very good condition.
The only downside was that the fitting rooms were permanently closed. However, they allow you two weeks to return an item for a refund if it doesn't fit. I also appreciated that they had a clean bathroom, but you need to ask the staff to unlock the door for you.”
“This thrift store is fantastic. I remember coming here as a kid, I used to live around the neighborhood. Decided to come back and see what's changed. Not much, except the space is a lot smaller, but the selection of stuff is still awesome. The book selection, my favorite area, is nicely stacked. The prices are far better than Goodwill as well. The selection of baby and kids clothes is great. I'll be coming back soon to check out what's new.”
“Apparently things at Carriage Hope have changed dramatically for the better since the time of earlier reviews. Having had pretty bad experiences at local Salvation Armies and Goodwills, I decided to stop here to drop off a boatload of donations accumulated over the past year or two. The lady at the front desk was super nice, briefly peeked into some of my bags to determine whether she could use the items in the store, accepted everything, and helped me carry it all in. Then I walked through the store, which was extraordinarily well organized; it was easy to walk down the aisles and find things. Everything was neat and tidy (some other ladies were cleaning and dusting items) with no musty or (worse) cheap detergent smell. I even found some 100% cotton flannel PJ bottoms, which have become my go-to item to look for in thrift shops. Items are not individually priced with stickers or tags, but there's a price list posted next to the front door and they recommend taking a photo of it to consult while shopping. All-in-all, great experience.”

Luckily, I found them on offer up and picked up my new sofa and accent chair for such an affordable price. Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and helped us load up our furniture. They really went above and beyond for us.Highly recommend them! They sell out fast so make sure you don't wait too long.”

There was sooooo much stuff i couldve actually been there all day. it is cash only so i had to go to an atm but super worth it.”

“A wide variety of items though no bicycles and few TV sets. But they carry a large volume of items. It's large, a former 99.9 Cent Store. The pants are hung different than I've seen before and it's a genius manner because anything you need to see is right there and you don't have to remove any part from the hanger to see tags like you do in traditional hanging clothes. Everything in the store is neatly displayed and easily viewed. It's twice as big as most Thrift stores. They have restrooms, large and clean and the staff is great. The 1st time I visited, I found 4 large Waterdord wine glasses for less than $5 each! They have sales and 1/2 off certain colored tags. A few pieces of furniture but not a lot.”
