Our Tesla battery died, and even the Tesla technician who came out couldn’t replace the battery because he couldn’t locate it. We were told to wait until Monday, so we ended up staying one night in a hotel.
The next day, we searched for a jump-start and battery replacement service and found Road Runner Solutions. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got us back on the road fast and made a very stressful situation so much easier.

“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. “It has been a while since taking my car to Hector's. Nice guy, but I think I am going to have to stick with my former mechanic in Santa Clarita. I was quoted $136 for an oil change that I am typically charged $84 for at Sierra Auto Care. It might be the price the owner gives to me since I have been a customer for such a long time, but at this point, it is worth the drive for me. Paying that cost for a synthetic oil change is $50 more than I am used to shelling out. YIKES. Gotta save money however I can. He did, however, lower the price for me. Thanks.”

“Had an amazing experience with this company on a busy Friday afternoon after I popped my tire. The person I spoke to over the phone, Carlos, was very professional and to the point. The service was fast and efficient even given the busy area where my car was immobilzed. The next day, Saturday, I called the company back and had them tow my car to a tire shop and I experienced the same excellent service.
