“I purchased a remanufactured transmission from Sun Valley in 2024 for my 1998 W163 ML 320, which is my personal daily driver. The transmission started failing before the warranty expired and I notified Marc about the issue via email. Marc immediately replied without question or hesitation that he would be happy to send me a replacement. It was about as trouble, free and painless of a process as it could be. I am retired from the automotive repair business for dealerships, (not MB), and understand that man made things break, so definitely understanding of this failure. I was more worried about how it would be handled. Again, it could not have been handled any better by Sun Valley and Marc. The replacement transmission arrived at my repair shop with no issues. I really want to commend Marc and his business on how I was treated as a customer, I was definitely treated right. I highly recommend that if you have an older Mercedes-Benz vehicle and it needs a remanufactured transmission, to purchase it from Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions.”

They help me get the vehicle there which included pushing it a half a block and worked on it Friday evening, past closing time, and Saturday morning to get it done. From what I can tell, they care about helping. They could have just said, nah we won't have time to work on this. I appreciate them tremendously.”

“Fast turnaround, Told me two days, done in two days. Was late in the day when I called and considering parking is a little tight amongst the shops, I got over there and picked up my 05 Chevy avalanche. Shop is fairly clean, good price, They were recommended by a friend at work. I just pray it lasts! ? I like the owner and will update. This will be my go to shop for anything I can’t do.”
